Why should you be unbanned?: I am new to posting in forums especially for a ban as this is my second time i have gotten trouble in the server in all my time playing it, I have played the server a lot recently since I just recently purchased the game and my laptop is not the best but runs well on this server. I was banned for 24hrs but then for some reason they extended my ban to 4 days or so I think it was originally 4 days. Yes I know most rules of RDM however I do not know all of them as I never have got in trouble besides a RDM which is why I am typing this I understand there is a command for rules however I never thought of using it as I usually never got in trouble with the things I do in the server. I would like to at the very least come to an agreement of keeping the 24hr ban or hopefully removing it as I had a friend try to explain to the admin who banned me that I have issues with my laptop which I do however no admin was out after my realization of being banned around 4:00am (PST), my plan was to rejoin and have the sit with the player I killed but decided to just wait for the 24hrs to go up but when I woke up it was not the case. I do not have evidence but besides the image of the ban information as I try to log in the game but that is about it, I would like to if possible come back and have the sit to explain or at the very least have it at the original ban time of 24hrs. This seems like you didn't intend to RDM someone and the LTAP is a problem but 4 days? We'll wait for speedy's and the extender's thoughts on the matter. Speedy Rebel Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 My sincerest apologies it as I believe was meant to be violent theft not RDM in the extended version but you left the server a few minutes after and I banned you for LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment) as you did not reconnect it may not have been but it seemed suspicious as I checked logs you had left the server just after also I didn’t know you were protecting your friends bag as you had left the server so I could not ask but as he has appealed and told me the full story I could not get as he left I feel now we have all the pieces the player should be unbanned correct me if I’m wrong Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lolWaffelz Posted January 8, 2018 Author Share Posted January 8, 2018 My sincerest apologies it as I believe was meant to be violent theft not RDM in the extended version but you left the server a few minutes after and I banned you for LTAP (leaving to avoid punishment) as you did not reconnect it may not have been but it seemed suspicious as I checked logs you had left the server just after I completely understand that but it was not my intention to leave soon after i usually tend to stay a few hours more mainly, but my PC is not the best and tends to crash alot so I had to hard shutdown it and took a bit to come back on as it needed to update I do not have evidence hence why I would at least like the 24hr ban instead of a 4 day ban for some reason. My main intention was not to RDM the player but my friend had a bit of cash and the person I killed was standing at the money launder while he was about to cash it in. I definitely get what you mean with the computer thing mine does the exact same thing I feel like I would like this player to be unbanned as now I feel I have all the evidence I couldn’t have collected when he wasn’t in game for his reasons but just a thing it may not be the best idea to just kill people if they are around the money launderer if they have a gun out and pose a threat I get you completely. I hope there’s no hard feelings I have asked a mod to unban you as it all goes together now sorry about the misunderstanding with the LTAP and all.
