Was a sit actually held, or was the player teleported and then banned?

iirc the player was jailed for a sit, what was said in the sit is unknown to me, unless I am remembering a different subject entirely.

I was teleported to a jail cell, and not a single word was said to me. I sat there for around three minutes in which I can only assume Cynthia was looking through the deathlogs. Despite a word not being said to me, I was still banned without even knowing why I was in the cell in the first place.
