Stephanie
His intentions are pure and like Piklas said, Slip ups happen. I think its not clearly stated in the motd and is a fuzzy area so maybe just give this a verbal. I agree people can slip up but it is CLEARLY stated in the motd not to block off NPCs and not to build in public unless you're a hobo.

Once again, I apologize for the NPC part, but the second part is not true. That alleyway is not a public place, it's part of the base owner's property. Walter the Assaulter
This is quite possibly the hardest backpedaling I have ever seen, and from an admin no less. Edit: also, that alley is nobody's property because building in it would block off the NPC. You know this. Edit 2: Everybody makes mistakes and this is absolutely okay, but it's one thing to apologize and say it won't happen again and another to say "Do not be fooled, they are only stacking reports against me" and "Me blocking off the NPC is okay because we were basing" and "You two are only reporting me because I demoted one and blew up the others' printers"

I'm backpeddling because I realize that the base shouldn't have extended through the alleyway, but regardless alleyways themselves are not public property/nobody's property. For example, the alleyway that goes to the gun dealer's base http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1248270574 is not public property, this one in particular happens to not be because of the npc. I'm closing this report until sugar's response because it's pointless. I've already admitted wrongdoing, and at this point it's just you guys repeating each other's points and then trying to add in another point which affects nothing.
