(why were you banned) Mass NLR | Diss in Sit | Minge | NITRP | Extended for Melon

(why you should be unbanned) the moderater came in my house whihc had 3 KoS signs outside so i shot him mand killed him so he jailed me and asked why i did it while his raider friend came in  i told him about the signs warning him so he was ok and lef his friend started shooting and then he unjailed me  i shot back died cause he got the first shots and was trapped so i came back was killed came back again i know that is nlr but its not really just when the moderater has cheated. I came back shot them he jailed me told me i was getting banned and was very rude about it i tried to reason with him why i did this he dident bother to listen and banned me for 24 hours i later found out it was extended to 7 days.

i can see why he banned me even though the reasoning is faulty  i could imagine a 24 hours which at the time it was until i checked again which is now for 7.1 days i have one other warning besides this incident 

(eveidence) i have none as it was a very quick thing and dident ahve a chance to collect any eveidence but it should be in the  server logs at least

I highly doubt a respectable staff member like Melon would ban you for 7 days for NLR there's something you're not telling us buddy

i can tell you more detalied form of the story but it is going to be very lengthy 

i was building the bank as a bank guard the bank manger was out nearby guarding the safe with the other bank guard while i was building the jolly melon came inside disregarding the 3 signs i ahd at my door around the front of the soon to be bank came in so i shot him i countined to build then i was jailed he asked why i had shot him i expalined their were nurmerous signs saying kos if you come inside  whoch he did and while i was explaining hsi raider friend came in  but sense i was in jail talking to him i could not do anyhting about it so i cotinued my explaination and when he accepted it he said ok disappered his friend started shooting at me im still in ajiel i get unjailed i start shooting back i die thsi was not fair to me so i rearmed came back saw the jolly melon (which was to me alittle moderator abuse i heard this ahs happend before to other people who admins and moderators have done this before) raiding along with his friend i open fire i get one shot by thekolly melon this is now nlr but i come back shoot them both for i was not going to let them raid me on such bullshootery he jailed me said your done i tried to expalin but was not allowed to as he banned me and the ban said for 24 hours so i was ok with it its only 24 hours i check the website to find that i was banned for 7.13 days  which is not even a fair ban and the reason said it was minge whoich i did not get as i was here to ahve fun but as was intended for what fun is it to break all the rules do anything you want troll people if you cant have fun for thsoe things are not fun this is my second event in which i broke the rules the first when i came back to a cultist wo had kidnaped me  and shotn him and was given a warning which i understand i then read the rules si i wouldent amke a mistake like this again. but thoughout the entire thing The jolly melon on the other side was rude. i would of been fine with a 24 hour ban a 2 day ban for i did break the rules but a 7 day bane for defending my property defending my job as i was building the bank.

mass NLR can be up to a 7 day ban. However with your explaination i would say that the banning staff member was in the wrong. He shouldnt of allowed the raid to continue if all of you were in a sit. They should have left and re raided with no timer, seeing as there was an issue mid raid. I need to hear his side of the story, but until then i'm thinking you might be in the clear. Lets wait on him for now, ill try to contact him.

its been 2 days and the jolly melon hasnt responded i know these things can take multiple days or such, i just would like to point out that the jolly melon has been demoted  by suger themself for breaking the rules of a moderator being as such would it not make sense to have someone take over this case or at least dismise it i and if you need more time take it

You did break NLR, however I do think your ban should be shortened to maybe 3 days? 7 days is a little lengthy for that situation...

There's a TON of inactivity going on in the ban appeal section of the forums. Majority of the threads don't get an answer until they are unbanned which makes the ban appeal section uselss, I haven't ever needed to make a ban appeal but looking at the innocent people who were falsely banned and seeing them get tons of support saying they should get unbanned then having the timer run out on their ban and then someone saying "Oops I didnt get to you in time" is a little messed up in my opinion.

ya but if i at least get aknowleged that i was going to have a shorter sentence then i would be fine because i  undestand things happen people are busy etc
