Evidence: My Kill Logs Situation Story: I was using my custom class and I saw the King create a kingdom by the slum apartments next to spawn he created two checkpoints in both tunnels I was hired as the King Knight to protect the kingdom from any intruders or any one that poses a threat to the kingdom around 2 - 2:30 PM Central time there were CP's about 3-5 of them being told to back off from the kingdom as they posed a threat of attempting to raid it, My king has verbally and adverting them to back away but they refused so I did my role and protected the kingdom slaughtering the CP's with my intervention and they just kept coming back breaking NLR multiple times being minges and trolling the kingdom and I tried contacting staff but sometimes it just doesn't go through unless you spam the @ system so I just kept unloading my sniper into the CP's and because of the server hitbox issues I did hit a few citizens that were in the way of me battling the CP Minges/Trolls and after a long fight and it was finally over I was called into a sit because of the crossfire killed upon The TMOD named "SpiritCanSpook | STEAM_0:1:104932528 | http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198170130785" and another citizen named Jack due to him reporting me for mass RDM that's the moral of the story. My POV: I was doing my role protecting the kingdom killed a lot of Minge/Troll CP's and I did in fact killed a few citizens and I did not advert Crossfire because I was taken fire from multiple CP's I didn't have the luxury of time to do it but I did go back to spawn and apologize to the few that I did kill since I was also killed by the CP's and it was common sense to stay away from a battlefield of the minge when bullets are flying everywhere but citizens and cp's just kept coming back so I couldn't really put a stop to it and spirit and jack were watching the whole time they just systemically showed me no heart or forgiveness after talking with them for over an hour explaining the situation to them and apologizing multiple times saying it was an accident but they did not care they just wanted to do everything in the power to get me banned at no cost. My Theory: After explaining the situation to SpiritCanSpook for over an hour admin sit and telling him why I was killing the CP's and telling him to check the logs most of my kills were against the CP's 80-90% and with a 10% casualty against citizen that I did apologized to in spawn but because I wasn't on time in apologizing to Spirit and Jack they just looked at me with cold eyes they did not care a single word I was saying and just wanted to rush the process of banning me in detouring their judgement upon me no matter what I did to justify my case towards them in their eyes they just saw a normal guy killing multiple people they didn't care I was a King Knight protecting the kingdom even the King came to explain the situation but they just ignored him and handle the sit with no care in the world. My Judgement: Too be honest I was still in the wrong I should've just spammed the @ system to call any type of staff to deal with the situation in my case I did but sometimes it doesn't go through and it actually doesn't register a valid ticket happen to me quite often but regardless of me explaining the situation and apologizing to the other citizen casualty caught in the crossfire I believe the TMod SpiritCanSpook "IS NOT FIT TO WORK" I've been apart of the server for a while I have over 100+ hours recorded and I only have 3 warnings with my name I've invested a lot of time knowing the community and building a relationship/friendship with anyone I come in contact with. The mods and admins that I have met are understanding if you just talk with them and explain the situation properly we can help each other out and prevent the accident/problem from happening again and if are the wrong you should always take some sort of consequence I agree rules are rules and everyone should follow them I also agree to the extent I did kill a few innocent bystanders but not to the point where it's considered Mass RDM but if I'm in a sit talking with SpiritCanSpook for over an hour apologizing and explain the situation it should be dealt with an actual mod/admin that can properly judge the case without being biased and a true mud in the stick I felt like I was banned unfairly and I want an actual judgement prior to my punishment because SpiritCanSpook was biased towards his judgement/punishment towards me he did not care for the single word I was saying towards him and systemically just banned me with no feelings. My Final Words for this thread: I Apologize For My "MASS RDM" and I did not do it purposefully and as I stated it was a accident my kill logs prove it 80-90% of my kills were towards CP only 10% which is like 3-5 citizens MAX I killed upon I am a long time player that has played for awhile over a hundred hours put into the server I've obtain the rank VIP and my custom class I would say I'm 70-60% well known in the community and I only have 3 warnings to my name in the system I would never attempt something like this on a large scale I have a huge understanding of the rules and follow them on a daily to daily base once again I'm sorry I will never ever do this again and If possible to be unbanned or lower the punishment length of my ban but in regards I wish to be Forgiven by TitsRP and wish to atone my sins I have done in the situation and I wish for a mod/admin higher up to deal with my situation because I belive SpiritCanSpook was biased and clouded towards his judgement/punishment towards me and just heartlessly put the hammer without considering the situation for a thought and would rather finish the sit as fast as possible for him to attain the Moderator rank I would like someone to revise his position or get someone to supervise him during his duty on the server because I believe if this guy is going around punishing regular and active members without giving a second thought by the book without judgeing fairly shouldn't be in a position of power where it could possibly ruin the server. Thank you for reading this I hope you understand what I'm saying and I am also sorry for this long ban appeal but I want to get it through the person(s) that's reading this appeal because I love this server I love spending 10-20 hours daily on the server this is my crack cocaine and even after the punishment I want to stick with it to the end this server is apart of me and I think of it as a family I love everyone on the server besides the trolls / minges and I wish to return and have fun again with everyone on the server again! I am, however, going to give a +1 for unban because of your claim that it was over an hour sit and that spirit never once asked for a higher ups opinion. I believe that a real Mod would have easily been able to tell that those kills were crossfire and dismiss the case. Unless spirit comes forward with damning evidence then I see no reason for you not to be unbanned. Also, adverting crossfire is not a thing as the only two required adverts are Warnings and PD raids, and any tmod/mod/admin who tells you otherwise is dumb and you shouldn't listen to them. I refuse to at this time, to give you a +1 on an unban. The reason to that is you advertised your ban appeal all over, and you PMed me it. I highly recommend not doing this, and it does upset staff members at times. I will reconsider changing it a little later.
