Ive seen him do it a lot, not to mention some people seen him do it as well and even a mod caught him. Yena isn't a bad person but I think he needs more training One no I don't and if you seen me It's most likely cause I was going to a sit. Now don't say this shit if you don't have proof cause It is invalid. Gotcha. I want Yenas opinion on this beforehand I agree the warn should be removed I acted a lil harsh. But he did argue constantly with me and disrespect to the point I couldn't even hear anything. The jail was valid because I wanted to make you know that it was a sit and you wouldn't run like you always do. I tend to jail people because I like people and don't want them to RDM in a sit or do anything stupid like that so they don't get banned. My personal opinion and professional the warn should be removed but I should not be demoted for one simple mistake that you kinda brought apon yourself. There is no point in creating a new re port fir this so here we go: Yena has a really annoying tendancy to jail for killfeed. Like Ill raid the pd have adverted pd raid, but get jailed by yena as a result of killfeed. This usually gets resolved but as what looks like happened here, Yena then tries to find technicallities to punish after the main reason is disproved. Dima can attest to this. It has happend multiple times and usually end with a significant amount of profanity from my end as I was jailed for properly rping. Every time he says "he was just checking" but it sucks. I have some evidence but don't feel it is necessary to post, not looking for significant punishment but maybe corcorrective action I can have Yena read over the guidelines again and make sure they know not to interfere with situations that are not reported / not bothering anyone / not breaking significant rules Also maybe some tips to help out both sides, such as spectating, checking logs/gathering evidence before teleporting the person Not to be arguing and making this worse but why do I haft to read them again i'm familiar with it. Your taking advise from a guy himself that got demoted and I'f I think he is mass RDMing of course Ima jail him cause I don't want anyone else to get RDMd. Sorry if you think that is wrong? I have never and will never run from a sit. 2. I was in my base building and the only person I had killed was you, the threat of me mass rdming was miniscule at most. 3. I did not bring anything on myself, you were the sole person seeking out to find something to punish me for, and I had complied with things like switching jobs 4. As someone who falsely jailed, obstructed me from building for around 30 minutes, then falsely warned me, wouldn't you say you should at LEAST reread the staff guidelines? I wanted you demoted and you don't even want to take 10 minutes to study the staff guidelines? This attitude is most likely why this whole thing happened to you. You cant jail someone because you think they are mass rdming... like imagine if every time you raid pd I jail you... Dima can back up and I may proof, but I raiding pd with a long advert in which pd raid was included. Then you jailtp me out of the pd where you try to ban me for like 15 mins for mass rdm. Eventually Dima comes and it works out. But you 1: jailtped me even though no one reported me (how do I know? there was no accuser there. 2: it would have taken you 10 seconds tto see that I had adverted pd raid 3: there are literally no rules regarding what your pd advert has to look like 4: the sit took so long that I had no choice but to leave while you were debating dima on whether my advert was okay And yes yena I have cussed you out multiple times because you do stuff like jailtp me when I call a sit and in general haven't had a SINGLE short and simple sit with you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can't have something that is sort of a loophole. What I mean by that is, you can't have something like "Police Department Runs A Important Democracy". Like, no one will know that is a PD raid, even though there are all the first letters in it that would say PD raid. You can have something like " jfkdsjflsdjlkfjldksjflkdsjlf pd raid flkdjslkfjdsljfldsjlfkdjs" or even "pd raid" or even some form of a meme one that clearly says that you're raiding PD. If Yena isn't paying attention to the chat while that is happening, then that is his fault. If he is literally going to be childish on this report as well (Haven't read the whole thing, just from what I've seen so far) then he shouldn't be staff. About the hobo issue. I do think that it is skybasing on what Backwards did or how he explained it. Is it warn worthy? Yes, but from all of the other stuff that happened after or around that time of that warn is probably the reason he reported him. It's just unprofessional and just bad to deal with. In all honesty, this isn't really that big of a report, but it carried on to something bigger in the first place. Also, if you changed jobs to a preacher, then you shouldn't had been warned. He could've said "Hey, you can't build like that as a hobo. You need to be a preacher for that." and if you say "Okay" and switch to it, then it should've ended there. I still think that he was able to warn you for building like that as a hobo in the first place, but it was all up to him. My thoughts: +/- to keep the skybasing warn. +/- on demotion of Yena. I'm staying neutral. Also, don't ever leave a sit via suicide or LTAPing. That could be a instant ban. It would be your fault if you did that as well. If you see a killfeed that looks pretty large or suspicious, do NOT jail them. We have a simple tool called !spectate.
