Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video of the person you're reporting in action helps too. Seconds off, If I'm correct they look like they are doing a terror attack, and as terrorist they can start killing citzens at 5 mins buuuuuuuuuuuuut You did accidentally catch one thing though, those 2 are fail rping right now. They are doing a terrorist attack but all they are doing is spawn camping and wait until its 5 mins until they can start killing citizens.
