Evidence: Ask the staff that banned me. The whole "other people are getting away with RDM, so I shouldn't be punished for it" is beyond stupid. The punishment although seems harsh, the circumstance matters, so we will wait for the banning staff member to reply. That makes sense, but don't approach a sit with the attitude of "Yeah I get it just return me" because it makes whatever rule you broke seem intentional, next time just take the extra time to explain you didn't know and you're sorry. Bae, if you were more cooperative with the sit and less hostile towards myself and the victim, I would have just given you another warn and it would have been over pretty quickly. this is actually probably the shortest ban I've ever done, and I don't get a lot of appeals.
