Why were you banned?: Banned for mass rdm (7 days)

Why should you be unbanned?: I was playing as john cena, and in the job description it says "You cannot raid, mug, kidnap, or heist. Your purpose is to go up to people and challenge them in a duel or fight. You are the real champ, pick fights with random people and claim your prize". Pick fights with random people means i go up to someone and tell them I am i challenging them to a fight, and fight them. I was doing exactly that, and even got told by another moderator that it was ok for me to do what I was doing since it's part of my job description. FYI, everytime I go up to someone I ask them if they want to duel and advert duel. I should be unbanned because what I was doing was in the parameters of my job and in fact not mass rdm. I have included a video of the sit and the ban information. I also told Walter the Assualter (the mod who banned me), to check the job description of John Cena multiple times and he refused to do so and decided to ban me without the knowledge of my job. As you can see in the video, during the sit, after i told him to read the job description, he banned me and didn't give me a chance to have a proper conversation and say my full side of the story, and banned me without explanation or telling me what i was going to get banned for and why i was going to get banned.

I was talking with Walter the Assaulter and it did seem like you mass rdmed.... When your John Cena you can't just spam the advert "Duel!" and kill the player, you need to have them accept....other than that its RDM. I'm not saying you should be unbanned, but at least Make the ban shorter since he probably didnt know.

i know it doesnt show my mod rank on here but agree with 404 he has like 10 hours on the server only so +1 for ban shortage     maybe like a 2 to a 24 hour ban.

If they didn't accept like 404 said it's still Mass RDM, but I understand how you could get confused and you took the time to make an appeal so:

I'd reduce it to like a 3 hour ban since he actually made a ban appeal and now he'll know better.

 

But if you want to duel someone without getting in trouble at all, use your fists + get a fight club owner to spawn in their thing.

Nowhere in your job description does it say you're allowed to advert Duel and kill random people in front of you, as was complained to me by several people and witnessed when I decided to spectate you based on the number of complaints I received. You must challenge people, it says so in your job description. I don't think I saw you actually challenge anybody, only use your bind and then kill.

 

I asked you to provide a valid reason for killing those people and you would not provide one, citing your job description. I specifically told you at the beginning of the sit that I was accusing you of "adverting Duel and randomly throwing your chair at people."

 

Which moderator told you that behavior was acceptable?
