Reasons: When i was a bounty hunter, their was a prize on his head, I notice he was out of spawn and was running towards spawn to avoid the rp punnishment, i came up to him. Informing him this is total spawn abuse. He never listened and he lived, even though he already left spawn. He just avoided punnishment.

FailRP to avoid an RP situation. I mean, I can understand if he was AFK in spawn. But, this shows that he clearly wasn't AFK and was avoiding the RP situation where he might die.

Well advocating for the accused here, the first picture shows him in spawn, okay. Let's just say for arguments sake he was afk, comes back and sees films standing infront of him.

Then films starts talking just as the accused tries to leave spawn as shown in the second picture. The accused is half out of spawn and films has started talking. Third picture shows the accused back in spawn and films still talking.

 

Based on all evidence, is not it entirely possible that this guy was trying to leave spawn and came back because someone started talking to him?

 

You were a bounty hunter films, did he stay there for many minutes?

 

Like for me it's hard to believe that someone was so afraid of dying they just stayed in spawn forever. At worst I would guess he eventually left spawn after a few seconds and either he killed you or you killed him.

 

TL:DR

The evidence doesnt necessarily support films here. There is no real evidence that this man was in spawn for more than 3 seconds.

Ummm, he wasn't afk and I told him what he was doing was wrong, he was aware of the sisuAtion,

I agree, the evidence doesn't sow beyond a reasonable doubt that the player inentionally avoided being killed so deciding if he should be punished or not
