Even if it's a shop with open doors, you are allowed to raid. Deli man did absolutely nothing wrong

I can see why you got demoted from staff TWICE. You cannot raid public bases. It's in the motd.

" If the place does have closed doors and the owners refuse to let you in that room, the place is considered raidable."

There was a closed room at the end of the line. So if my logic is correct i'm supposed to walk past everyone and hope they don't shoot me in the face when i'm lockpicking the door? Unless i'm misinterpreting the rule.

Before you enter the store, were the doors open?

The front doors we open. It was a business, and they had guards watching the lines.

The rest was locked with fading doors and such. There was only one entrance to the building. It's not like i can avoid the public area to exclusively raid the main area.

I would be shot on sight by guards/ people in the line. Seems like something that should be considered.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?? The shop had fading doors with keypads, you think that isn't raidable?

If there's an area closed off with a barricade and they're a business making money with entities, it isn't a public place...

Thanks, Walter.

What you just explained, looks a lot like mass rdm to me. It's akin to calling pd raid, blowing up EVERYONE in the lobby because it was open, saying OOPS I FORGOT I DIDN'T HAVE A LOCKPICK TO GET INTO THE BACK. Time to run away after "raiding". You didn't raid shit, you killed a bunch of people then ran away calling it a "raid"... at the most I could see this lowered to a 3-5 day ban due to not getting a sit. But it still very much looks like mass rdm imo

Ight well seeing as it has been well over 24 hours since you made this ban appeal and Piggy has not responded to it, I'm going to be unbanning you. However, I'd just light to highlight a couple of things.

- You do not need to advert raid (you still can if you'd like to)

- If you are raiding someone, then you have to commit to it. You shouldn't just murder everyone inside a business (I presume this was a gun store) and then run away because you couldn't "shoot the manager thru their barricade"

- Regarding the whole public place argument that occured, what Walter said basically sums it up:

If there's an area closed off with a barricade and they're a business making money with entities, it isn't a public place...

UNBANNED
