Ok so I was a witness to what happened ,

He was trying to play a gambling game that is made by props that you placed on the street . You were your CC and Popov (The staff who banned you) told you please change job to hobo or I will delete your props then you changed to hobo and after about 10-20 minutes he came back and saw you with your CC again gambling on this game with props on the streets then he deleted your props . Then Popov was in a sit , I waited till he finished and told him that he did it again while blocking 2 NPC evidence : https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/862855679979875846/F007768B4F3288C5CF33B29ED973CA267C15C738/ , Then he TPjailed you . After the TPjail you changed job because you knew it was wrong then proceeded to tell him that you will get him warn and it's not wroth a ban and disrespecting Popov . Then Popov banned you for 24h .

 

In my opinion it's worth 24H because you were minging and trying to not get banned after 2 verbal warn that were clear and I was here and saw all the thing go , second of all doing this ban appeal for a 24h hour ban is useless because before someone accept it or not you will be unbanned .

Okay if someone could try to forward this to Popov that would be great. A 24 hour ban for building on the street is dumb, however next time listen after 2 verbal warnings. I've had issues with you in the past just not wanting to listen because you refuse to take a verbal warning and leave it at that.

Admitting you were a douche is honest but you're mostly a douche in every Sits i see you you're trying to get out by saying I will warn you or demote you , it's worth 24h because of your past .

Being banned has nothing to do with what I say neither my opinion is more negative neither objective facts are related to my ban . Past doesn't mean recent warn because if all bans were related to  recent warn no one would be banned . Your behavior can be told by a lot of staff in my opinion . You should change your mindset here I don't care about insult and you're making yourself pathetic here by proving how rude and impolite you are .

Getting 2 verbal warns should be sufficient to stop doing what you were doing

 

Building in a place where you shouldn't is warn-able but if you kept doing it after warns you are subject for a higher punishment and attitude is a deciding factor in ban length. If you were being enough of a douche to constitute a 24 hour ban, fine but in normal cases i would assume repeat offenses should not be 24 hour bans

 

let's wait and see what the banning staff says
