I dunno. What says that you can't kill them for it? Who says? Most of the staff team have done it, including at least one admin and one head admin. I guess they say. I apologize if I was wrong in this case. Being in a doorway is pretty general I'd say. In such a crowded city, it's not uncommon at all for doorways to be a bit clogged up. We all know RDM is bannable. I was looking through the screenshots and actually called that one out in the shoutbox because wtf man. Honest to goodness I think he was trying to Zek. Killing somebody for being in a doorway and not moving after being warned has been an acceptable reason for years...nay, centuries. That comment about RDM not being a ban offense was based on this -Try to follow a Warn/Jail/Ban format, sometimes this can be passed onto a Warn/Ban system, but try to keep it W/J/B. This is also something that needs to start being used, our current staff jumps from a warn to a ban, we need to try jailing as it makes the player more aware when they can’t do anything, and jail the user somewhere secluded so that he cannot speak with anyone else, therefore feeling isolated and willing to change his or her ways. The second part was mingeing in a sit this was because I kept saying I didnt understand what I did wrong, and I still dont in addition to the fact that Dima was also confused as see on the following thread. THIS is why we don't handle them separately if it happens in the same time frame: DO NOT warn people for 3 different reasons if they broke three different rules in one act. 1 warning will do and they should learn from it. The evidence is out on the table, albeit I feel there's an integral side of this were missing, but all of the available evidence is here. So the two of you stop arguing, and let the other staff members form a decision on this thread. Arguing will not make this go any faster, in fact it will only delay the verdict as it adds an unnecessary amount of stuff to read through before giving input. Now that being said, do I think you deserve a three day ban, maybe not, but apparently another staff member felt like you did because they took the time to extend it. The failrp claim is a bit fishy given the short span of time between job changes and the raid, it can't be proven that you did or did not change jobs for the sole purpose of raiding that person's base, it's possible you metagamed and used the information to failRP however it also could be highly circumstantial.
