Lord Cursed Posted July 12, 2017 Share Posted July 12, 2017 Steam name: Infamous Echo Unreal Ingame name: IK Super Aryan God Hitler Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:126165804 Why were you banned: toxicity/harrasment/spamming occ/ not listening to staff Why should you be unbanned: first of all I didn't even disrespect staff that's first ya and I admit I was being a dick to the kid call Ballistic but he was mic spamming under my base I asked him numerous times in voice to pls stop raping my ears he then told me to and I qoute stfu retard he was mic spamming for about a good 5-7 minutes so by then i was really irated then I insulted him numerous times then it calmed then his buddy came and restarted it then him joking about periods which is a very week insult. so this continued back and then started saying his mother died of cancer and he was going to kill himself the whole time he apperantly rdmed someone ig. And harassing yes and no if I had called a sit for his mic spam you wouldnt believe the kid. Maybe next time ask me to repeat what I said and I'll gladly do so I have no reason to lie not to mention that kid also was rdming people per couple other plays I mean he must not have been too bad when his friends and him were not only trolling but taking pocket shots in my base honestly if I really have to record every little thing that happens on the server ill have no space left on my laptop. No once did you ask me to chill you just took the kids size it was obvious he was lying. I'd be glad to talk to you about your next incident, regardless if you're the suspect or the victim. As for this case, there's not much I can do for you at this point, except for not requesting an extend, since toxicity can be a much longer ban. I think the point of the ban mostly is to calm you down, which is starting to take effect (I think?). But neither one of us is in game anymore or has logs or anything to dispute each other. I think you know what you did, I think you should take the punishment, and I think you should learn from it and come back tomorrow with a better attitude. And I don't generally pick sides btw, I go off of evidence. The kid's crying didn't sound fake to me, and I used to use fake cries as a tactic myself at that age, but it still didn't sound fake to me. It's not up to you to say he's lying. Chances are you have no idea who he really is and you know nothing about him. Even if you think it was fake, think about it if it wasn't. You should feel bad honestly, even if it really were a joke and he was trolling, that's not appropriate to say at all, you just don't know. Honestly it's pretty bad having to ban someone who sounds like they're old enough to have some damn sense because they're on here yelling at kids making them cry. That's what's actually pathetic, in my eyes. Finally, aside from chat logs, you admitted to the things you said, however you gave a reason and told me to keep checking logs. but it was hard to do because you wouldn't stop running your mouth.
