Kalysta Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 The person who reported Rubik talked to me in-game and asked me what do I think about the whole thing. I told him that it was fucked up and shit. I also asked him right after why he had him jailed in the first place. He said it was for RDM. I told him that I jailed people for 300 seconds before for RDM and told them to read MOTD besides warning them for RDM x1. I don't always do it. I only do it to people who seem new and I'm trying to get them to read the MOTD to actually know how the server operates and shit like that pretty much. But, in this situation, Rubik doesn't try to do anything with the person. He just plays music while he is just sitting there. He asked me if I can do anything about it. I told him that I couldn't do much and if it's truly abuse, he should report it on the forums and see what other mods think of it. I can't do too much in the situation because I'm a mod and not really an Admin + to actually take a lot of action about the situation in-game. But, on the forums, we can pretty much handle it more clearly and actually make a punishment / agreement on something. The least I could've done was talk to Rubik but at that time I had to go and get off of the server. I just got back on and I seen this. So, sorry that I couldn't mention it earlier because I wasn't here at the time. But, since I'm back, I do agree with you guys about it after thinking about it more. I say +1 for demote as well. Booper Scooper Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 Rubik decided to just jail you and play annoying music. From what the video says, Rubik just wanted to basically annoy you for RDMing him. This would be more of a waste of time for YOU. He's a staff member, he is supposed to make sure everyone is having a fun and RDM free experience. But, no, he just abused his commands/powers to make you mad at him. Even if Rubik thought he was in the right, he's VERY wrong. Second chances are always great... and I take it that Rubik will not receive another chance regarding mistakes on such levels of impertinence during the handling of sits. I really, truly hope that you are not demoted, although you really do need to learn your lesson... and I'm sure that this report as well as warnings from our higher-ups will do just that.
