Why were you banned?: Exploit allegations. Me and a guy were basing in the street in a CC because we were TOLD that we could by the CC owner.

Point 1. Dindu said we weren’t hobos as a CC but the CC owner said that he had hobo checked off.

Point 2. We still do not know if we can or cannot base in the streets but according to dindu, we can’t.

Secondly, we started building and we had one of the see through materials on a prop and Ashkotor and his buddies claimed we were exploiting and shot me. I looked over because I was getting shot at and he said that I was looking into his base and called a mod. Dindu then said that we exploited and used a CC wrong and banned us. 

 

Why should you be unbanned?: We we’re building a hobo base across the map as a CC. We were told by the CC owner that we were hobos and we tried building but I guess we didn’t have friendly across-the-map neighbors. We were not using the prop to see into a base. We were just trying to build a base in the street.

[Edit #2] We weren't using our base to gain an advantage over anyone. We were in the open as (supposed) hobos and we were just beginning to build our base. Is it a rule to not put any see-through props in the visual vicinity of a base? We were next to a tunnel at one corner of the map and across the tunnel (very far away) was ashkotor's base. There was another base by Huddy that was right next to us. Should he have gotten a 7 day ban too?

The owner was Chameleon Phi and i think the name was Phi Amazing or something like that

Shifty even said himself he looked inside of the 1 way to look at the base :/(i think it was to see who shot him i dont remember, but either way it is an exploit)

 

 

 

Either way, you guys had put a one-way prop with material on it, adjacent from their base in the road. They even claimed you were looking at them(reason they shot was because you guys were exploiting)

 

 

 

I have never heard of a CC allowed to build in the road, and if im wrong, i'd like an admin to correct me(or sugar)

I dont know what shifty was talking about but he just told me "Chameleon said we're hobos lets make a base" and we went to whatever spot and started building. Ashkotor shot me and I looked over. We werent even down there for a minute before we got shot and reported. Was not used as an advantage. We were building a base. That's all i know. What shifty did is not my problem hence why my name is kert, not shifty.

Maybe you guys intentions were not to Exploit, But it definitely seems/seemed that way. The one thing that will change my opinion of this ban, is if i can get confirmation from an Admin or Sugar that CC's can do that.

I agree, if CC's are not allowed to have Hobo class rules then it is completely my fault for not being aware. The exploit (1 way props) was not meant to be used as an exploit to see into their base even though i can see how we could.

I'm pretty sure you can have hobo CC's. Cr0w has told me he has a hobo CC. Not completely sure though

I'm pretty sure you can have hobo CC's. Cr0w has told me he has a hobo CC. Not completely sure though

 

I was told by the CC owner that he made the CC a hobo. I’m not sure if there is a way to confirm if it is or isn’t since I cant edit it.

I've seen CCs with hobo in the name own doors and base. I'm fairly sure I've seen him use a regular base with that CC...I'm gonna hit the doubt button on this one. 99% sure hobo CCs aren't a thing.
