Why were you banned?: RDA x 2, LTAP, ARDM in a sit, Meta Gaming

 

Why should you be unbanned?:

Once again I will go over the 4 reasons this time I was banned.

 

RDA x 2, As I said in the sit and told Smeal, I arrested 2 players for running past the second door of the pd.

The problem was that logs showed I CUFFED them in the lobby, or so I was told. Here's the deal though, I don't understand how it is that just because they ran out from behind the second door, I no longer could arrest them. Why does it matter where I arrested them if they still commited the crime?

 

IN ADDITION, we had a sit for this! Smeal returned me and that was that. Why was I banned for something if he returned me??

 

ARDM in a sit, was handled ingame, yes it happened, it was handled.

 

LTAP. I'm pissed about this one, I FUCKING ADVERTED IN BIG BOLD LETTERS "STAFF CAN I LEAVE THE SERVER??" . Kalysta responded saying that I COULD NOT, IF I was in a sit, as Smeal had just returned me I figured I was not in a sit and thus could leave.

 

Meta Gaming?? What even, The rules define Metagaming as "DO NOT Metagame (Ex: Cops warranting a player because sparks from his printer are coming out of the roof, although hearing printer"

I know this extends to things like don't assume things based of job title or look through cracks in buildings. But I did no such thing....

First off if I remember correctly cuff logs don't show WHERE the person was cuffed, just that they got cuffed. Of course I've handled very few RDA sits but i like to think that i know enough about the logs to know what they do or do not say

So that part seems like complete bullshit.

 

Second, if ARDM was handled in server it has no business on a ban report

 

Third, if the member of staff returns you the sit is over, they've chosen not to act, or have acted and sent you back to where you were.

 

And fourth having been returned, and asking if you could leave completely voids any LTAP possibilities.

 

There is so much wrong with this report (not on your end but on smeals).

 

obviously I have to wait for banning staffs response but this seems at least partially like a false ban to me.

 

What did you do for all of these tmods to have it out for you mate. I'd be trying to figure that out so you won't do it again.

You got banned for RDA x2 which Smeal put, you left right after you said the PD code as a CP to everyone, you also shot someone in a sit (which is attempted RDM in a sit)

It was a sit for RDA x2, as I said, they went past the door, then ran BACK into the lobby where I aprehended them.Then I dragged them BACK INTO the private part of the pd and I arrested them. I told you this in the sit, you did !return @ to me and then warned me for the Attempted Rdm in a sit.

 

I may have given out the pd code, but since when is that meta gaming? Meta gaming would be USING the code, and even such saying the pd code is xxx holds no guarantee that xxx will work.

You aren't allowed to use OOC or anything you see in OOC for RP. While it's really a small thing to punish for (in most instances I just tell people to advert their last statement to make it legit), there'd be no reason to not tack it on in addition to other things you've (supposedly) done wrong. I doubt it effected your ban that much, it's not even mentioned in our punishment guidelines.

The code was 100% fake? Because when people give out codes for stuff like that i 100% ALWAYS go to the keypad to check to see if its just a joke or not. Something everyone should do if they are gonna do anything about it.

PM me your steam ID and I'll shorten your ban to 12 or 24 hours. Not a complete unban but it's still gonna be some punishment. You can't give out ANY PD info if you're a cop if it's meant to be secret (Just like the PD code). You cannot shoot in a sit, not to mention you did hit someone and attempted RDM or RDM in a sit is still a bannable offense. Then you left right after you said the PD password which seemed like it was LTAP. If you don't want to be banned, don't do shit like that or you'll be banned. Simple as that.
