Why were you banned?: Mass RDM x3

 

Why should you be unbanned?:  The Person that I rdmed, Cryptozz, Ran up to me 3 times trying to kill me so i killed him every time he tried, The first time I killed i thought we were just messing around and stuff then later found out he was an admin. He ran up to me and did that 3 times in a row then banned me for mass RDM. What I don't understand is why didn't he just warn me the first time instead of waiting until i killed him three more times to ban me ? I feel that he only did all of this to just ban me for a week. 

 

I apologized 5 times while I was in the jail talking to him, but completely ignored me and banned me.

 

I would love to be unbanned from the server, it is very fun to play on and have lots of fun playing with my friends. Would like to be able to play with them for the rest of the week.

If he instigated all of the kills and started attacking you first this is a false ban, but we have no proof of this. I will look at damage logs and see if this happened soon enough for me to get proof to help you out.

 

Looking back it was too late, I look less then 10 mins after the report so I hoped that I could find something.

Theres no need to bump the thread, but I will give my opinion.

 

 

This doesn't make sense he would wait to be RDMed 3 times, just to ban you for Mass RDM. I would wait for his response.

If he hit your first it is not rdm.

 

If anything he broke nlr and attempted to mass rdm you.

 

We will need to hear from him first before we can make a proper voting.

I'm sorry, but to be completely honest, I do not remember ever getting into an encounter with you about killing ME 3 times. I don't remember you killing me three times overall.

 

I actually barely remember even being in a sit about you.

 

If you could possibly refresh my memory further, that'd be great!

 

EDIT: I feel as if I was not the person you had killed 3 times, because I would remember that (unless I did forget somehow). I feel like you killed someone else 3 times, and not me. If there is any way anyone can show that he did kill me three times (i.e. logs) and proof of me hitting him first, then that'd be very well appreciated.

I currently believe that this is a FALSE Ban Appeal.

 

I have a vague remembrance of your sit as you not killing me at all. I remember you MASS RDMing other Users, as said in the BAN. I do not have players kill me 3 times and then ban them, since that is abuse. If you haven't noticed already i'm not an abuser, i'm an anti-abuser based off of my track record as the banhammer for Abusers on Defconnations.

 

I VERY strongly deny that I have false banned this User, unless I am mistaking my remembrance of the sit for another User, which may be possible, but unlikely.

 

At this point in time, I deny that this User was false banned, but I consider a shortened ban due to my lack of memory if necessary.

I would consider the ban to just be removed. I took the time to make a ban appeal witch shows that I would like to play on the server. The ban goes away in about 2 days anyway. Since neither of us have evidence of the ban and because you don't remember the ban at all, it would be great. :)
