There's really no reason to build in the skybox, and with that many people complaining about performance drops in OOC, you'd think they'd at least go and remove it. Theres no real way to get up there unless you have noclip, and all of it has material, so its likely it was him. Please don't comment unless you have evidence for the report. I can also say that he is competing with me for sits and I'm a mod with 595 sits.
