Why should you be unbanned?: For numerous reasons. First of all, the reason I got banned according to big earl is that I mass rdmed everybody in the police department. The only problem is, they were literally killing me as I killed them. The mayor just ordered the cops to clear out the pd, so the cops just started murdering everybody in the police department. While I was getting shot by the cops, I placed down some slam mines in a vain attempt to kill them before they killed me. Shortly after I died and all the slam mines went off. I then respawn, and get jailtped to Big Earl who was rping and decided to take action. I told him my side of the story, and he just completely ignored me. All he said was that only one cop shot me, which was true. The other cops were busy murdering other people and didn't have time to get to me before one cop killed me. Was I just suppose to kill the cop that was shooting me and then wait for the other cops to come kill me, full knowing that after they were killing the other people they would move on to me? He then said that because only one cop had killed me, all the other cops I killed was rdm, and banned me for mass rdm. The most annoying thing about it is he gave no effort to listen to my story or make any good judgment, he just completely ignored me, said the same exact thing over and over again, and then banned me. Mr. Peanut Butter Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 hmmm... well I won't vote one way or the other. but... I was there when this happened and it killed me as well. What I actually saw happen was this: only 1 or 2 CPs opened fire on the crowd and there was clearly not time to ID them, so unfortunately, I don't know their names at this time. Yes, the Mayor gave an order to (verbatim) "clear the lobby", but never said in his own words to start killing people. I had my gun out, but did not fire a single shot, but instead kept scanning. I saw you run In and drop the bomb, but I was unable to switch to my gravity gun fast enough to move the bomb anywhere, and taking it out to the street would have made it worse anyway, so I yelled "BOMB! BOMB! BOMB! BOMB IN THE LOBBY!" and everyone in the room panicked as you ran out of the PD before not one, but apparently at least 2 bombs, one intentionally aimed in the Mayor's window according to another witness, exploded, killing not only every CP in the PD, the Mayor, and yourself, but any and all civilians that were still alive, and there for sure were still people alive. So on one hand, you're a terrorist with intent. on the other hand, you're a self - proclaimed protagonist in a situation that was a complete mess for all 3 parties (CP, attackers, civilians). I don't think anyone involved handled this correctly. The Mayor could have been more clear on his instructions, the CPs could have been less trigger happy and more hesitant to gun down an entire room of people, and you and everyone else could have obeyed prior orders to clear the area for Mayoral / CP business. the station can be locked so I assume that means we CAN in fact close the PD if deemed necessary, such as revolution or terrorist attacks such as your own, but somebody correct me if I'm wrong. whether you feel justified or not, you were not. neither were they, but that doesn't justify your actions at all. First of all, ggodanubis makes it sound like I walked in there, started dropping bombs and they just blew them up and killed everybody, which just isn't the case. I was chilling in the PD minding my own business when the mayor gave the order to "clear the lobby" and the cops started executing people. As one cop started shooting me, I place a bomb into a crowd of EXCLUSIVELY 3 COPS, not into a crowd of random strangers, but all cops that were killing people. Unless my bombs magically turned into nukes, there is no possible way they hit 15 people or killed six, considering there were only 3 cops in the lobby. To clarify i didn't get shot by the cop for dropping a bomb i was shot in an attempt to kill me, and then i dropped the bomb in self-defense. I would also like to clarify, that i did not run out of the lobby i died in the lobby. I didn't see you specifically in the lobby before the incident, but then I wasn't looking for you at that point. but I know for a FACT when the explosion(s) went off, you killed at least 6 people, me, 2 other CPs in the lobby, the Mayor, and the 2 CPs that were in his office. and the explosion(s) I'm sure also did damage to people in the immediate surrounding area as well. you act like a bomb is something you can aim at someone specifically. sorry, but it just doesn't work that way. you probably hit people on main street and in the jail too, since you apparently Injured 9 people. but that lobby definitely had more people in it, whether you saw them or not. I mean maybe a ban is a bit harsh considering you're actions weren't the only ones doing more harm than good, but if you manage to get back on the server I'll be watching you... just know that.
