You have not provided any evidence that your ban was false. Your ban is also only one hour in length. You RDM someone to stop another person from RDMing yet... there are staff on. You could have reported the guy or did something that didn't involve breaking the rules... but you did it anyway... Also, the staff member gets to choose how he wants to punish you... Not you choosing the punishment for yourself?...
