I arrest a bloods leader for having his weapon out, and 2 other bloodz start shooting at me. I kill them. For about 5 times, they NLR, yell things like "THAT'S WHAT YOU GET" and "FUCK THE COPS", and start shooting me. I kill them, as I'm a swat enforcer, and they come back. Personally, I think the mod that banned me just had a grudge, because I shot him for killing someone. He claims it was self defense, but he wouldn't accept my point of view. It all comes down to a group of kids rdming me, and a mod that wouldn't accept my point of view. The mod wouldnt let me speak, and just said "Ive heard you're rdming, and i know you are cause you killed me, let me check logs" and then banned me without a word after. Evidence: I wouldn't think I needed any at the time. I thought the mod teleported me as a witness because they rdmed me. I'm very, very interested in what Fedora has to say about this. Regular ol' RDM is supposed to be an hour, though. Where'd mass come from? Nobody else got brought to the sit? I could have included overfining but I completely ignored that fact. What I was worried about was the fact that you had repeatedly shot and killed numerous players without any rhyme or reason but if you actually did have a reason for killing 3+ people I would love to hear. If not, I would have to kill them. 2. I would admit, I overfined a little bit, but it is much better than waking up everyday and fining someone 20k just for standing past the second door in the PD. Still doesnt warrant a week. 3. You literally admitted that you had a grudge by telling me that I "rdmed" you, when I turned a corner, you shot someone, and I shot you because I knew you would fire at me if I went for the secondary option, fining. 4. If you checked for more than my name, you would see that they would usually kill or harm another player before I killed them. 5. The ban isnt a lesson for me not to rdm, because I already know not to. Its just a lesson that I shouldn't kill or arrest mods for breaking laws. 6. You failed to point out that most of my kills as mentioned before were armed criminals, but you also failed to mention how the Bloods repeatedly broke NLR and RDMed me. I admit I seem like a jerk in this post, but I don't want to be unable to play for a week because of a misconception and a grudge. FedoraWearingScrubLord Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Listen all the kills consisted of bloods and other jobs as well but not all of them I understand were rdm but a good amount were or at least enough to give you that hefty punishment however I do think since you made a ban appeal your not someone who wants to ruin the server so I support a unban if sugar or someone does accept this ban appeal I assure you that you will be unbanned instantly and if not I will do it myself. In fact, most of the kills were rdmers. There was the gun dealers, the angry baby, and the bloods.
