There was one time where I switched to the Bloodz Leader class and had one war against a Crip leader and there were some crossfire victims but I found them and verbally apologized and none said that they would take me to a sit let alone report me as they understood the situation. I just tried to log back on today and supposedly I've been banned for a week. Evidence: N/A, wasn't thinking id get falsely banned last night and I don't screenshot everything as I play. As stated above, I just learnt I was banned as I logged on. Also would like to add, it does not state who banned me and I would like some proof of what I did if this is to stand. There were admins on last night and I was neither ever taken into a sit for anything or threatened to be banned so this is kind of out of the blue for me. Could you answer a few questions please? 1. Do you know who was on for staff at the time? 2. Was there a sit? 3 did any staff say anything to you? I forget their names.... potentially Blacnova but I can't remember the others, if I saw them though I would remember if they were on. Edit: I believe Walter the Assaulter was on as well. 2. There was no sit. Last night I was on for a long time and wasn't taken to a sit once. As I said, I talked to all the crossfire victims and they all understood and were fine with it. 3. Nothing was said to me by any staff, which is partly why I'm confused because I believe I should be talked to if Im to be banned. (Basically if your story is true) Then I say: +1 for unban/shorten Even mass RDM'rs deserve a sit. Rosengoo Posted January 8, 2017 Author Share Posted January 8, 2017 I can't put a screenshot in (not letting me) but I took 7:28 my time and it said 6 days, 4 hours and 38 minutes remaining on the ban, so roughly banned around 19 hours ago assuming it was a 7 day ban. But you were afk so I banned you as a precautionary measure, that's why I hesitated while I wrote the ban and included "| appeal at titsrp.com". If I'm allowed to explain it: -Like I said in my appeal, there was a gang war between me and Hugz (I was Bloodz leader and he was Cripz) and there were lots of casualties. The server was full and there was lots of crowds so I acknowledge I did kill lots in crossfire. I have been in sits with other admins and I have been told that in a gang war, casualties are sometimes a thing but they're ok unless someone has a serious issue in which case it'll go to a sit. -I thought I got everyone when I apologized but obviously I missed those two. -Also, if this counts, tr3x was getting mad at me the whole session because I killed him multiple times on separate occasions for having ebola (I was hazmat for a length of time so it was all legal) and when I was SWAT Sniper, I fined him multiple times for having weapons out/killing people and that upset him so that could lead me to believe that his story is vexatious (logs don't show what actually happened in the moment, only damage and I know his story wasn't true) I hope that explains it, I would gladly answer more questions about the situation Blacnova. Also, I would like to say that as much as I am upset I'm banned, you did do the right thing in banning me as I wasn't there to defend myself and thats what the logs show so I hope you can reconsider what you sentenced but no hard feelings regardless.
