Reasons why you are reporting: Abuse of Power.

Abusing NoClip in an RP setting

Random !goto's

Noclipping all around the map and into bases.

 

No proofs:

Abuse with !warn regarding player named: Kennedy

He and Kennedy apparently have a grudge against each other and he admitted that he did it out of anger.

 

Disrespecting a player in sit, general dumbassery in sit.  (Called for higher rank staff to help since it was T-mod vs. T-mod)

 

 

Evidence: 

Today was my first encounter with T-mod ICE "aka ICE Cube" My recordings were failing so my phone was the best i could do. Ignore the background noise as it's my wife watching lifetime movies -.- 

 

Here you see ICE going to this base, get killed, and !goto to get back. This was NOT a sit.

Here he is again same base but later. Via Mic he states "I'm here to build your base because I'm a nice guy" But I couldn't record sound.

Here is T-Mod Dan The Man confronting ICE after I informed Dan of the situation. I'm sure Dan could give us some insight on what was said as !spectate sometimes glitches audio for me, I couldn't hear all that well.

The Noclip abuse was brought to my attention by another T-mod who I will not name if not needed. The complaint was in /pm which stated that ICE had randomly teleported into their base and brought some random player without asking. That staff member also stated that they will possibly retain some evidence and report also.

Here's my reply:

• I will admit to the first offense of noclipping, it becomes a habit when you do it a lot and especially during sits considering they happen quite a lot here. 
  
• The random gotos were sits that had been sent again, so I claimed them and teleported, or simply to speak with a Trial Moderator I liked in order for me to rant/calm down.
  
• The second offense of noclipping was to sort out a situation in which a member of the server claimed 'NLR' to a member of that base. I saw that their base wasn't really that well structured and offered to stack it better for them. They obliged.
  

Regarding the other points:

• The grudge against Kennedy is known throughout certain members of the staff team. This was resolved within a situation and I no longer have problems with this member.
  
• Disrespect of a player in a sit is also thrown into the Kennedy situation. This is now resolved.
  

I hope I have covered all aspects here, and I am happy to accept any punishment that follows this.

Mind you the sit was called because you and your friends kept playing with c4 on his base when he had a building sign. You even admitted to having knowledge that your friend put C4 In Kennedy's base while he was building.

The situation was resolved after the sit with Kennedy, me and him are on good terms now.

I was told that noclipping around to check for rule breakers is abuse, and got yelled at by...probably Tunnel, might have been Neko for it when I joined the staff team.

Only use noclip to go to sit spots, check inside bases (ONLY when considered appropriate), in cases of emergency (guy mass RDMing down the street, let's no clip over and drag him up to a rooftop), etc.

 

People will call sits when they want help. If you want to be proactive, watch for the RDM calls in chat and ask the players if they want assistance.

Recently just warned Ice for doing a false fine:

Officer Ice just fined player officerblueballs $1 for the following reason: 5000

This resulted in a sit, so I was force to warn him for his action

Just wanted everyone to know that...

 

 

For Noclipping:

 

You don't need that command to be an successful staff member.  I've learned from experience (By sugar being mad at me)

 

Honestly, I think sugar should remove the ability to no-clip from trial moderators because they don't need it...

There are different ways of handling those types of situations and I believe if t-mods didn't have this command, we would have a lot better staff members.
