Sooooo.......... I've been reading what Moist wrote and IIbear wrote + what the other had the say on this topic.  Here are my thoughts and d to be answer:

 

1. How many staff members in total were online during the incident?
   
2. Why didn't IIBear help with a load of sits, when getting called upon?
   
3.     
   

 

There were 4 staff on but when you crashed there was 3.

 

I wasnt taking sits cause i wanted to RP a little bit.

 

Also all these staff are attacking me cause i dont take sits but i have more claimed and finished sits than people who have been there longer than i have.

THE SERVER WAS LITERALLY DEGENERATING INTO RDA AND RDM AND YOU WERE THERE LIKE:

 

"Oh, what I'm rping lol sorry, not my problem, not like I applied for this job!"

 

 

 

+1 for demotion.

 

 

Also, Side Note: Sits counts mean nothing by themselves. You need to compare other factors such as, Quality of moderation, Ratio of Sits:Playtime and some other stuff.

 

You know there's a problem when multiple staff are asking you to help and you're over there saying "oh I'm rping". If someone asks me to do more sits, or heck, if nobody's doing sits, I will immediately drop whatever I'm doing in RP and go do some sits. Also, people are specifically requesting not to have sits with you, and that's saying something.

I think everything was addressed in this staff report, we can all agree that:

• Tons of rules were being broken by players and that IIIBear was in the middle of all of this and DID NOT take action.
  
• The server was in chaos and making the server an enjoyable, Friendly, and clean is WAY more important than Role-playing.
  

Even though, we are volunteer and we are allowed to role-play, if there is trouble going on the server.  We must take action and enforce the rules stated in the !motd and moderator guidelines.  If you want to role-play more than staff then you should talk to sugar about becoming a Respected player.

 

• Another thing that got mentioned (Which is TOTALLY irrelevant to the report) is having more sits count then others.
  

Sugar is going to say that: For staff, sits show the activity you are as a staff member on the server.  Which I totally agree, but I also agree what Glaze wrote:  "Sits counts mean nothing by themselves. Sometimes there are bullshit sits that actual staff members, including me, claim... (For example: I am stuck and my !unstuck command doesn't work OR I have a question about the server)

 

 

In my final analysis, I am going for a +1 for demotion towards IIIBearYT.

This was all TL:DR. 

 

But, I was there during said incidents. The mayor had laws such as "Being black is illegal due to matters of national security; which is beyond your comprehension." The server was complete chaos but what can people do when they see a "Staff" member condoning such acts? Most people thought it was ok, or didn't care since it let them RP as long as they stayed out of city square. IIIBear was indeed upholding the Mayors corruption as well as allowing the last jail cell in PD to be converted into a base for the mayor with Dual fading doors, and no code was every used by the creator/anyone. When we posed this question we were ignored (Yet again making players feel it was ok.)  

 

Sidenote: Moist took most/all complaints since IIIBear ignored them and even complained while in PD saying "Someone take that sit I'm busy." This was over MIC and not many others were around, not sure if he ever said anything recordable.

 

He also seems to have a mixed sense of some of the rules... Here's a situation that actually happened but with no proof feel free to ignore.

Pedobear Drilldo's me in city square so I turned and knifed him. Pedo ran so I began chase with a Mac-10; he then informed me that if I killed/attacked pedo I would be breaking server rules. Come to find out he was working with the Pedobears helping them and protecting them.

I don't feel he is fit to be a staff member on this server due to negligence of sits, condoning FailRP, and being irresponsible with sits/punishments.

i asked Sugar to put me back to a normal user i think that would be best for the server and me. you are completely correct i wasn't taking sits but the other staff wasn't and i should have stepped up but instead i wanted to RP and i put my own priorities in front of the server and that wasn't the right call on my part
