To Cullen I'm not a staff but I've had an issue with iiibear but I haven't been on forums often till the last few days I struggle sometimes with forum layouts it seems dumb but I feel like I get lost trying to go through them so it stops me.. But my computer can't handle running gmod and a recording software I could try again but I'm trying to keep my computer going as long as I can do I'm limited on getting evidence mostly when he is the only mod on I did message sugar tits on discord before about iiibear but at the same time I had no proof so my guess it was ignored

Only 2 staff was on after mi cara left only bear and moist. Moist was basically staff on duty going from sit to sit while bear rped. The only sit bear took was bringing me after I killed him. The mayor was no afk he was talking to you and the cops the entire time. Bear refused to do sits because he was rping even thought the server was filled with mass rdm and mass rda, So this left moist alone. The reason I think there is so many is because staff are afraid or not willing to bring other staff into a sit to talk about it. When I asked moist to bring me to a sit with bear he told me to just report him on the forums. We should be able to talk about it in game and only have to go to the forums if they person will not listen in game. Not to defend moist but he did bring bear into a sit after my sit with bear because I felt bear was being unfair.

So a huge chaos happens, mass RDMers everywhere, RDA, and corrupted mayor with racist/overfining laws. As many sits were call, I had to take them since no one was taking them and titsrp was not safe again. As I was taking these sits, many of them were RDA so I took a look into this. Eventually, I crashed and relogged, finding out that RDA was getting bigger and bigger. Mi Cara soon to log on and wonders what in the world is going on, we tp to the mayor and asked him to remove the racist laws. Guess what? Bear was right next to him allowing him to enforce these laws as many RDA was happening, in fact, he was actually out there as well arresting people for being "fat, black, Asian, Mexican" and allowing the overfining to happen. 

I understand he's a trial mod and is still learning, but in the mod application, one of the questions was "Do you understands the rules and guidelines" clearly he doesnt.. He's been tmod for the longest.. don't you think the world trial has a definition of its

ok so first of all you did staff a higher up by TPjailing them (moist) and I have seen you all the time around and also never taking ANY sits that I can see.

my opinion is that you should be demoted for not taking sits, staffing, and breaking rules. (also if you dont know what staffing is its where you claim a sit about an equal or higher staff or really anything that breaking rules has to do with that :) )

I believe on Saturday night iiibear was the only staff on and instead of jailing people himself he had dank spade using an adv dupe to jail them and they would waste time building a mini office outside of the map while there was mass rdm and they would constantly joke in sits I was in where I wanted to get back to what I was doing rather than feeling I can't leave a base because all the rdm and rda

Since my phone isn't letting me quote text to Kwaii I don't understand the point of saying moist should be demoted for not always taking sits he may like to play in the sever you could say that for anyone saying ever staff should be demoted if they don't take every sit

He is stating that IIbear should be demoted, not Moist...

can't really bash staff for not doing sits, it's a volunteering job they don't get any extra benefits than other users & i don't blame them, ive done close to 2000 and they get tiring

You are right and I know this is kinda going off topic about this situation, but....

 

They could be doing the same thing as an respected player.  Yes, being a staff is a volunteer job, but there is a limit.

having read kwaii's post wrong I understand it's a volunteer job but my issue is when you begin to do them incorrectly or don't take it seriously that's where I have an issue and it's the only reason I posted on this.
