I was banned for 7 days. Why should you be unbanned?: I believe that I should be unbanned because I never did prop block. I witnessed everyone prop blocking spawn, but I never contributed to the situation. I was pulled up by 'Tyrant' the Moderator, and I had believed at the time that it was a joke because Fantasma, another moderator, jailed me, and then unjailed me, and then jailed me again and said "Haha, trolled". I thought that it was a strange time to mess around knowing that there was Mass RDM and real prop-blockers on the server at the time, but that's just me. After he did this, he banned me for 7 days on a false charge. I'm throwing out my card here, 'Everyone in this server is innocent until proven guilty', as I've done nothing and see it unequivocally unjust that I got banned over an assumption. If you have anything you can look back on, such as logs, you'll see that I didn't spawn a single prop. I am genuinely curious of why staff would assume that I would troll the day after I supported the server with $40 USD of my own money.If you have any questions feel free to ask in the reply section, as I'd be happy to answer them. I deleted them and after I banned you, I clear out the rest of said couches. heck, after I banned you someone else reported propblock because of your couches still being there. I know for a fact that I did not propblock and as of right now this is a false ban, considering ONE player falsely reported me and that leaded to you banning me for 7 days. I noclipped around after I accepted the call, made note of all players' names that had props blocking area in the spawn, then jailtp'ed all of those names Yours, Some guy who LTAP'd, and Gods (Your friend) I saw all of your props in that order. Not to mention that Fantasma(Ghostly) checked out parties involved and did give me the go-ahead on your ban since we were done talking. Assuming God was my friend because of how he mass rdmed me, and you banning me for propblock but I know for a fact that I never spawned any props... To me it sounds like you just dislike me if your not gonna show any proof of why you banned me. I understand nobody's perfect,but you just seem to have disliked me from the start. Presiii Posted September 21, 2016 Share Posted September 21, 2016 The funny thing is no one seems to be giving definitive proof of prop block or no prop block. It's Word vs Word. It would be unfair to assume guilt and keep the ban when Tyrant provides no evidence, as it would be unfair to unban a person who allegedly prop blocked spawn. I'm stumped. It doesn't make sense how he won't provide proof yet I am still banned for propblock which I am 100% sure that I did NOT do.
