I got banned for supposed Mass RDM as a Master Raider in kills in which I was shot first

Recommended Posts

The guy in the clip right here JJHunt is another one of said NLRers, in the beginning of the clip I was just exiting his base after I  was done raiding and he was already trying to harass me afterwards, which later on developed into him getting shot by me after he would eventually attempt killing me after a while. (Ignoring the fact he was literally NLRING)

This shows us nothing. Just a screenshot of you in a tunnel looking at a guy.

You could have killed that player just standing there for being that close to your active raid, however the pickle shooting you is what was moving you back not the other player. - As for Byte presuming he is SK if has Kidnapped you he will not be able to target you again for IIRC 8 hours. You do need to wait for people to swing cuffs/shoot at you or close proximity/ swing kidnap tools before you can kill them.

This is another one of my points aswell, how was I mass RDMING if I was literally ignoring people who had nothing to do with the raids or the people who were trying to revenge kill me? The clip itself literally demonstrates me going out my way to not kill people who I could of killed with a genuine reason for.

Yeah i have looked tru it, however i dont have Medal yet, haven't had time to fix it yet. However i did get 2 or 3 sit calls yesterday about "brazilian crack addict" killing multiple people, and slogs also confirms it. But yes, it could have been those instances where the odds were against you from my point of view with the materials i currenly had in front of me, and i might have done a mistake not looking tru fotage if you had any. I wasn't fully certain and im still just in the beginning on my trail, hense the reason partly also why i only did 1 day ban and not longer, also stating this to be educational for u to read the rules once u join back. Im not gonna defend my self if theres proof of my wrong doings and ill learn from it, So guidance and critizism is good for me in this case cuss ill learn. Im going to look into Medal today and figure out how this works cuss i have never used recordings before.

So,

Without logs, its pretty hard to determine if this was MRDM, or just RDM. the clips you posted are pretty vague, and don't really show a full picture of the information. After going over this for a little bit, I decided to look at your list of priors, and it does look like you have a pretty extensive history of getting banned for MRDM/RDM, coming back, and then doing it again.

However,

Logs have not been provided from the banning moderator. Without having the full picture, I have to go off of what you posted, as well as the statement from the moderator that did the ban. In my opinion, without logs, I cannot in good faith stick a 2 month MRDM ban on you without complete evidence.

That being said,

You do have a very extensive history of RDM. Your track record isn't great, and it seems as though you were banned, came back, caught another one a week later, got unbanned again, caught a RDM warn, and now we're here. You are basically getting off on the technicality that I do not have logs to support the MRDM claim. I am in favor of Removing the MRDM ban, and changing it to just RDM, keeping the same 1D ban.

+1 to appeal MRDM ban in favor of a 1D RDM ban.

** EDIT ***

Subject to change if logs are provided.

Because the banning staff member doesn’t have access to the logs I am willing to accept your version of events. Tread lightly as your next proven case of MRDM will result in a 2 mo ban.

+1 for appeal

Accepted since the ban has already been lifted.

He only banned you for 1 day and the only thing we could really prove here is that RDMd 1 guy of which would have likely been a verbal...but yeah. Just watch what you're doing next time man as for future offenses, like Chef said the next case is looking at a 2 month ban. So tred lightly.
