I was banned for rdm, but the person I rdm'd chose to not press any charges. Furthermore I was pulled toa sit for spamming PEDOMAGIK IS BANNED (which btw is confirmed) and I would have taken a ban, however I was already told to just NOT say that, I was already pulled and talked to.

I didn't do that much wrong? I listened to the moderators and when I was having a talk to Static I was literally just talking to him abt staff punishment guidelines man. Idk what the fuck I actually did wrong.

I personally handled the sit after the PTOX/TOS sit, so I will speak only on that. Rivtuu wanted to pay off the other player to get past the RDM, after he fired SBC's into fountain to celebrate the previous ToS chat he made in OOC. I was going to let him go with a warning, but he pushed the issue further. Based on what he said trying to control the sit by paying off the other player and disrespecting myself during the sit, I gave him a 3 day ban for his priors  (of Mass RDM) and the RDM which was at my discretion.

EDIT: After I reviewed logs I realized that the player who made the sit was not the only one killed by the SBC's shot into fountain and this was actually MRDM.
