i was banned for killing a couple of people as john cena i admit might have got a couple of people in the crossfire im in the wrong there but i just came off a week ban im not trying to wait another week just to play the only server i play on gmod but this is the first time ive been pulled into a sit and the admin said nothing didnt talk to me one time meanwhile he is rda as a cop within the first 2 mins of logging in i didnt even do anything and boom thrown in jail i just hope you can lift the ban so i can play once more either way will be coming back to play like i said this server is the only reason i have gmod

also my bad if i did forget to tell you why. i have a memory of doing so but these usually happen if i did or did not. since i can't remember if i did or did not i will have your mrdm ban changed to an RDM Ban of 3 days to make up for this.

According to logs, I think that this is a bit of an understatement. There were only two people who did dmg to you which were "Player McD's Drive-thru NotFound.Tech (Bounty Hunter)" and Player zageekbar420 (Citizen) which could have possibly given you the right to kill them back in self defense. Crossfire is not a valid advert or for that matter allowed in general. This means crossfire is still RDM. You killed 15 people with 7 of them being within a 3 min time span.

I also want to clarify that if this appeal doesn't go through, it looks like your ban will be extended to 2 weeks because when you come off of an MRDM ban, and do it again, it doubles your ban length for "priors"

This is a little weird. Do you have evidence of this claim? It is expected that even if you are guilty that the staff member dealing with the punishment explains how long and what you are being banned for. It's not appropriate to just pull you into sit land and issue judgement without explaination.

 

However, with the evidence provided, it does look like you MRDM by a great margin. Therefore, I am going to have to -1 this appeal
