Blacnova Posted August 5 Share Posted August 5 I believe that the second sentence of the rule is a remnant of when the ban appeal category actually had a listed time to wait in between appeals. Nowadays it's really just a matter of staff discretion. It is extremely rare that someone gets punished for this, and the fact that it happened to you is because you made an appeal asking for a ban transfer lol (that is not a thing). This whole forums post is exactly what this rule entails. It should be common sense to not post false ban appeals that obviously have no meaning because you can simply not "transfer time". If you have to ask about it, than its probably wrong.
