I was accused of being an alt account of someone else which doesn't make sense because this is my only account i just made it to play with my friend. As vex said if someone in your house uses the same pc and got banned and then you play you will be flagged We can clear this missunderstanding if you and the other person that played on your network can hop into a call and both screenshare at the same time.
