There was no reason given Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? At the time I was directly told I would be given a warning and if I did it again I would be banned. Who warned/banned you? GN ISSAC How long were you warned or banned for? 6 months I was mayor and taking any meme requests. I got baited by someone that does not like me into making a bad thing a law. This person gave me a false definition of what it was. Almost immediately people were freaking out in ooc and i realized 'oh shit this isnt what he told me' and removed it from law, i apologized multiple times in ooc and told them i didnt realize what it was. GN ISAAC pulled me into a sit, i told him i was sorry i was tricked into it and didnt realize what i had put in a law was the thing the person told me. I told Isaac multiple times that I was sorry and that I didn't realize the term I used was an actually bad thing. I told him multiple times I didnt realize the gravity of what I said and apologised profusely both in ooc and over voice to him. I realize this might be hard to believe, but I genuinely didnt realize that what Brad Perc had baited me into saying was so bad. I told ISAAC this multiple times and he told me I would only get a warning. I told him ok on that im getting off and taking a break from gmod. I realized today I got a 6mo with a com remove extention. Ultimately, I got baited into saying some stupid shit with a law. But to think that I would intentionally get myself com removed after having so many hours on this server is ludicrous. I just hope that the staff can see my hours and realize I wouldnt intentionally perma myself. As any of you could see if you looked at the chat logs of that night. I wont be looking at any replies and am taking a break from gmod. I just hope when I try to play in a year from now that im not com removed. We have zero tolerance for predatory remarks and accusations here, which that defitely falls under. If you can't see the gravity of what you said as an issue before - being told to do it, then actively typing it and hitting enter, and only gauging severity by what other users say in OOC it's best you withdraw from this community. Nothing of what was in the law that got you banned isn’t misleading or anything. It is super wide open for everyone to know exactly what someone has said and meant. I was crossed and playing mayor. I had a dude called Brad Perc yelling at me to do a bunch of laws. Some of them jokes some not. I got baited into making that law. As soon as I realized it wasnt just a joke I apologised OOC to everyone, I apologised to Isaac. I assumed I was getting banned and he assured me I was not. I get it, it deserves a punishment regardless of intention, but it was clear from the start that I got tricked into saying something fucked up. When I realized I was lied to about what it meant, I apoloigized profusely, many times OOC. When I got pulled into the sit I apologized and explained what happened. I was told that because of it, I was getting a warning, I was lied to about what the punishment would be. Because I was lied to I got offline. Had Isaac been truthful about the punishment I wouldve stayed, provided screenshots and vods I did realize I had to take. Your reputation on this server will truly succeed you. As it stands, you aren't being banned for 6 mo, you're being permanently removed from the community. I do agree with that judgement from Isaac. You fail to understand that you still had to hear him say it, instead of reporting him, YOU typed that as a law. You also have a previous warn from Ex-Staff Delta regarding this scenario. I didn’t get a chance to tell you cuz you left. I never said the sit was over either. But either way the law you added was extremely gross. Someone telling you to add a law like that and you don’t think twice just doesn’t sit right with me.
