Harassment One of the reasons I was banned was for harrasment. The person I was "harassing" never told me anything in voice chat or text chat to tell me to stop or that he thought I was harassing him. If he did I would of stopped. I don't know what the servers definition of harassment is as I know it can differ from server to server but I am assuming it is along the lines of repeatedly targeting a specific player/ or group of players to cause unenjoyment or something along that lines. I was never told to stop once before Clowdle banned me. Only told to remove my text screens from the street which I will get into my second point. Clowdle just said along the lines of "Alright your going to take a 3 day vacation for NITRP". 2. FailRP So on to my second point. ChefSoda actually told me earlier that I can't place textscreens in the street which I did not know because I see people that are not hobos place them on the street all the time. Now while this is not an excuse it does point to a misunderstanding since the textscreen rule seems widely unenforced and I even pointed out to ChefSoda that another player was doing the same thing and he actually deleted them. So I removed my textscreens from the street. I bought doors to the base next door. I placed the textscreens on the base. Now where I was confused is that I was never told cops own doors. So Clowdle just banned me before I could switch jobs. I also told him he could kick me to remove them if he wanted too. 3. So now the NITRP. I really don't know why I was banned for this it just seems he added it in there to make the ban reason look more fluffed up. I play almost everyday as a COP/Mayor player and do good RP by server rule standards. The FailRP was just a simple misunderstanding that Cops could not base which I was never given a chance to switch to a non COP role which would of avoided this whole ban in the first place. In summary Staff did not listen to me in the sit. Took only one side. Was never given a chance to correct my mistake which was FailRP. I did not Harass or NITRP. I belive this ban should be reduced to a warn or 1 day ban. Also in the sit the staff member seemed like he just having a bad day and just said to me "okay your getting a 3 day vacation" "appeal on the forums" "were not having this discussion" Who warned/banned you? The textscreens "CRY BABY POOPY FART PANTS" were spawned 7 times. The boombox playing "AUTOTUNE BABIES CRYING SADLY" was played 5 times. What RP were you partaking in by spamming the text screens and annoying boomboxes? That way other staff can have a better understanding of the full situation before they make a vote. Now while these logs aren't wrong the PM is taken out of context. Please include Marlicts PM before which was intentionally left out of your logs export I am assuming because it would actually show that it was referring to another player who reported me. ChefSoda said he recivied a report for textscreens in the street and a harrasment report failing to mention who the person was being harrassed. I invite ChefSoda to include logs/recording of the OG sit to give staff a better picture of the situation but ChefSoda was not involved in this ban and was actually a really nice staff member who told me what was wrong and how to correct it so I don't expect it. Tony Sink not being the person who made the report doesn't change what was happening. The harassment is documented in the logs and I witnessed it directly via !spectate. Who filed the sit doesn't change what was happening in game.
