After speaking with Madx2r0 and reviewing the harassment guidelines again, I now have a better understanding of how harassment is handled on this server. My apologies. By delving into the issue itself, I now understand the routes to address similar situations.

 

The textscreens, boombox and chat behavior was circumventable, so you shouldn't be punished, ChefSoda's initial response was the appropriate choice. I understand that banning you was on me.

Appeal has been accepted, you will be unbanned. Apologies for the inconvenience. Speak to an admin next time you see one in game to get the ban removed.
