I was banned for MRDM when I clearly stated that I was participating in a bounty raid, where I killed 2 people at least that interfered with my makeshift timebomb. Upon asking the staff member who are the other 4 I killed, he failed to provide names or reason and decided to ban me without the parties beforehand reporting me at all.

Hello Romanian Bridge Thief,

I will first say that I was a little hasty with the sit and willing to accept fault in giving wrong punishment for this situation.  In the sit all i had seen was you killed 4 people in one area and with 1 person being a bounty went straight to mrdm since the other 3 I assumed weren't involved since the person who had reported wasn't.  I didn't see your message about the guy interfering with the timebomb since i was looking at death positions for the people you had killed at the time.  I should have looked into the situation more as it wasn't as cut and dry as i assumed and i can assure this won't happen again in the future

Never rush a sit for this very reason, not to mention while mrdm is 3 kills, its often not a huge enough situation to stress over, even if it's 20 people, just take your time and fully investigate before doing anything other than jailtping. Give the victim plenty of time to explain no matter the situation, and listen to both sides very thoroughly. I will go ahead and ACCEPT this and issue an unban, and battery I just want you to make sure this doesn't become a reoccuring theme. Always hear them out, and always make sure the situation is fully confirmed to the best of your abilities. Being as how this is your first oopsie daisy on an otherwise clean record, I will leave it at this as a moment of education. Ensure this doesn't repeat, and learn from this moment. This is your first and only fabled "talking to" about this though, so make sure it doesn't happen again.
