I used to be a really active daily player, but took a little break from the game and came back to it after 400 days yesterday. I got on in the early afternoon for some TitsRP shenanigans and found myself in a battle as a bank guard and the bank manager and some other people. There were other bank guards with us, and a guy playing as a hobo. The hobo started to MRDM and because we were all together I was also getting shot at amidst the crossfire, so I was shooting back at the people that were shooting. I might've popped a few shots at random people to get their attention and may have hit them in the process, but my intent wasn't MRDM in the slightest, just some goofing around and annoying people. (Even though shooting someone is still ARDM) The three of us got pulled into a sit by BeeTeeth and were all jailed and when asked what happened we were casually joking around a little bit, but still trying to explain our case. BeeTeeth banned the hobo that did alot of the killing, and then came up to me asking for my side. I told them that I wasn't taking part in the MRDM and had recently come back to the game and wasn't someone that pulled these kinds of stunts, even though I had priors from over a year ago. They really didn't care what I had to say and banned me for MRDM because the logs said I killed multiple people. I understand I was laughing and joking with the others, but I didn't know either one of them before 30 minutes to this happening, and think it was unfair that I wasn't heard or really cared about during the sit that was taken. No one else was there either, so it wasn't like there was a reporting party that wanted me banned or punished as well. So I feel as if this is a lack of care towards a player that has a few hours into the game and got into some shenanigans. I can admit my faults on coming up with a stupid idea, and even saw the message in the chat saying that crossfire is still considered MRDM, but in the clip that you posted, I still don't commit MRDM. Prior to this happening, I don't have any clips or evidence to prove I wasn't committing MRDM, but atleast in the clips that you and I both posted I wasn't committing mass and had no intent to either. The logs show me killing individuals, but I wasn't pulled to a sit or warned for any of those the entire time I was on today, and I don't think those logs coincide what happened on the street after my stupid plan. - I know I messed up with my goofing around, but I feel like this is genuinely the last good DarkRP server, and was just getting a little antsy after being gone for so long, and got up to a little mischief. I apologize if it seems I'm trying to be argumentative, I just don't believe I committed MRDM.

 

In the last picture you've posted, it shows that I was getting attacked by a citizen named Robinson Jones, and I retaliated back at him, which is more than fair. In the second picture I was attacking Robinson Jones again and Mr.Bones happened to be in the way and he also got hit. The intention wasn't there to massrdm and these are all before I stated in vc talking about crossfiring people and still not acting upon it.

 

Yes, these logs show me killing more than 3 people, but the situations and times are completely separate with eachother.

To be honest, you're making the effort to apologize and I respect that. You haven't been on in forever and you do show signs that you do wanna roleplay.

Read the rules, and never be afraid to ask for help.

I understand that shenanigans can happen and you can have fun but all it takes in one person getting upset or caught up and a report shows up, when we check logs and see player damage/death logs it appears as mass, especially if there is a group committing the offense. Please look into our rules on MRDM and enjoy your time on the server.
Appeal accepted and ban will be changed to MRDM warn.
The next time you're on and see an Admin+ online ask them to remove your ban as all i can do is unban you.
