How to reproduce: Put on scarf and exit out of Customization, then put a camera/go in thirdperson and look at yourself. You have over 2m, why would you need a 9.75k refund? I need to buy hookers with that money. Also I am close to 1 mill and I want to stay up 2 mill until tonight where I base. (Better to do it at night where not so many people are on) Also its a valid refund since I lost alot of dough due to a bug or something. In my eyes atleast.
