This is is the part where the sit was rushed, his raid was tampered with and he didnt get educated instead he was told he committed rdm and he just wanted to get out of the sit so he got a rushed warn. That is where the staff misconduct comes into play, you said it wasnt bogus when he killed you because he didnt advert party assist. The clip clearly shows that it was a raid. This all could've been avoided if time was taken to collect your thoughts in this sit. My reasons for a strike is that you've been Moderator before and you've been on your current staff run for a good time now and you are expected to take your time and you would learn nothing new if we gave the fabled "talking to" to you. A strike is not a staff run ender its just a reminder that you messed up and need to try better.
