Why were you banned?: Mentioning "server crash" in a conversation, then saying "time to go crash into a tree with a car lol..."

Why should you be unbanned?: This was extremely unfair as I mentioned two words in a conversation and I am pretty sure it was a trial mod that jailed then banned me for seven days...

 

EDIT: I was in spawn watching someone who was jailed and doing nothing else while this happened, leaving no evidence for the mod to ban me.

 

Evidence: No actual evidence, but I have the logs.

Let's clear this up, you took three words from an entire discussion towards ANOTHER player, want to know what it was about? I was telling that I was waiting for a server restart or a server crash, since my custom class had to be updated. The player I was talking to can back this up. Server lag and crashes happen via props or DDoS, and I was not going to remove all my props to crash a server, and I have no DDoS software on my computer, nor do I know how any software works or how to even get any DDoS software. You jump to conclusions too fast and ban players before they get a chance to justify their side of the conversation that you walked into about 3/4 through.
