False ban for "Exploiting"

Why were you banned?:Ok,so me and a friend,were raiding a base in the suburbs,the house with the garage door.We jumped on the hedge,using IN GAME TOOLS(Master sword and Spider-man gun),blow-torched the wall,and went in and proceeded to raid.Once we were in the back yard,Fedora teleport's to me,and proceeds to SCREAM,and I quote"Ok so i just witnessed you exploit into a base,you both are so fucking done"(Keep in mind this means he did NOT bring us into a sit,he just teleported in the middle of the raid).He said and I quote once more"I just spectated you all and watched you exploit into this base".We were actually genuinely confused as to what the "exploit" was,so we proceeded to ask him,and quote"How was that a exploit?"MULTIPLE time's,and NONE of which were answered.He just stood there as we continued to asked,because i and my friend were both REALLY confused as to what he was claiming was a "exploit".About 30 seconds later,we were BOTH banned for 7 days for the reason "exploiting" WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT THE "EXPLOIT" WAS,OR BEING BROUGHT INTO A PROPER SIT.

 

Why should you be unbanned?:For one,it says NOTHING about this in the MOTD,As of Wednesday,August 3(In case someone tries to add it)

It is part of the map,and its NOT like there is a fence against the back wall,and we jumped over it,becuase there IS NOT A FENCE AGAINST THE WALL,therefore it is not a exploit because it is a FAIR TO REACH area,that is PART OF THE MAP. This CAN BE PREVENTED BY SIMPLY PLACING A WALL,so its NOT something that can never be prevented.

*Read over MOTD(I have screenshots of ALL general rules and basing rules,and it says NOTHING about this)

*Look at original map design

*Test building a wall 

*Check ban-logs for conformation of ban reason.

Going back to the quote... If the rules had a spot for exploits there would be atleast half a page of them. There are many definitions exploiting, all of them sum up to the meaning of using something to you advantage in a selfish or unfair way.

 

Yes I don't know if this is true but you said fedora did not say anything on how that's a exploit. The role of a moderator is to enforce rules, kinda like a police officer. Think of it like this if a police man pulled someone over and never told them what they did wrong they will never learn what they did wrong.

This is not unfair because EVERYONE can get to the spot,its PART OF THE MAP,and it is EASILY preventable.

You are right! But,having "at least half a page of them" WOULD prevent things like this from happening,at least to the serious Role-players.

Elite that is still a exploit. You are bypassing their front defense so you can raid them. That kinda sounds like you are using that to you advantage in a unfair way.

I was the one who he raided and hes just using a stupid excuse try to get himself unbanned, what he did was unfair because, theres an invisible wall that stops players from getting into the yard, the reason the wall isn't there on that specific hedge because you're not suppose to be using that no matter what type of tools you have, and if we were in a sit, you wouldn't have stopped talking over any moderator or admin that would have been talking to you.

And I did explain to you that what you did was exploiting you can even check the logs when I tped to you and your buddy.

You continued the raid even after you had exploited and even after I clearly stated we were in a sit.

Actually anyone can but the thing is is that its clearly not allowed and it completely contradicts the whole purpose of a INVISIBLE BARRIER BEING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Rey,if you not supposed to be on the hedge in the first place,then why the creator of the map make it solid,and not simply no collided it,or made it UNABLE to be walked upon,just like the other's?

Also,spiderman gun is not the only way,master-swords,custom swep's,etc are other ways to reach it,or you may borrow one from a friend.

Also fedora,your wrong,there IS NOT a barrier on the back,so its not as if were breaching one,because theirs not one to breach.Its also funny how if i have sufficient evidence,not just for this,but other things in the past,you just claim im"lying"and when i try to explain it further,you just mumble"Yea,ok im gonna return myself now"
