(rule I posted above). Then you demoted him for arresting you (which in the case above I would see as false). Then He vote kicked you for false demoting(which I feel you did.) Just because I don't care that you arrested me after the fact doesn't necessary mean that Mr. Ford Fusion should be punished for doing the correct thing he don't know I wouldn't care, he don't know why you arrested me he just knew you were in the wrong(and looking over everything I think I have to agree here) I'm not able to quote Bot's post but I don't think Ford Fusion Should be punished for what he did. I think since I was the one who got arrested I wouldn't really care tbh but I still feel you were in the wrong. I honestly think Ford Fusion didn't abuse the vote kick system and think he had a Legit reason. You also should not arrest other cops as a cop unless theyre going crazy cuffing everyone, massing which is not what I was doing. Some people will argue not at all but that is what me and some staff have argued is that if the cop is going berserk. I also think its abuse of the system going off of one false arrest and me demoting him for arresting me as a cop when im a cop for a unknowing false arrest is abuse. Again he votebanned me, not vote kick. I would understand if he arrested me if I was going around cuffing and massing but I wasn't. And I would understand if he votebanned me if I was MRDA and MRDM but I wasn't. One false arrest that I made a mistake on and he instantly arrests me for it and then votebans me for demoting him from his job. I think that is trigger happy and is abuse in itself. You bring up the rule of the exception for cops cuffing and arresting others cops but I was not rdming, mrdming, mrdaing, or cuff abusing. I made a mistake in one arrest. A false arrest is nowhere near worthy enough to cuff another officer imo If this had been taken to an actual sit (which for some reason it wasn't), a ban or even a warn would not have even been remotely considered on either party. I didn't wanna bother him with something so simple because other times I be making tons of sits and Steve the only one on so I feel bad. Because of him being the only staff on I just decided to demote him, which is when he instantly vote banned me. However me personally I don't think a verbal is sufficient. This player has 21 days on the server. And how fast he vote banned me after demoting him was insane with staff on. Steve was still online, he did not get disconnected yet, it still showed him in the staff list even though his power went out. He didn't make a single sit he just went straight to a vote ban. With his playtime and how trigger happy he was I feel like he should be warned. It just makes me think if he does this to other people especially new players. Also I got on after a long day to just get vote banned which was frustrating. Yes If a sit was made a warn or ban wouldn't have probably be applied. But because he vote banned me instantly with no sit made to resolve the demotion, I think he should be warned for that. I'm just saying I think he should at least be warned with all this in mind. No offense to any of you but I think some of you may need to re read over this. No offense to Steve but he thought this whole thing was over a vote kick and brought up vote kick in his response multiple times. Yes this is exactly what I was saying, the vote ban was INSTANTLY after I demoted him, no sit made. Which yes the reason I demoted him was for the failrp which I stated in my demote message. The player made no attempt to talk it out with you, contact Steve or other staff members and instead decided to voteban you instantly. A warn and a 1w vote restrict should do.
