Why were you banned or warned?

 I was banned for "Player Toxicity" which wasn't the case.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

 I should be unbanned because my ban is not VALID. Let me start from the beginning. Me and bukavoc were basing and we get raided and right away in chat "Delta" goes "Dil doe don't ever base again" , 'I own you motherf*ck*r' , "doggie railing your family members" , So all I did was respond with the same nonsense that he said which was "I own you , why do you have a vac ban on your account , why is your recent ban duping and black mail" and it went back and fourth for like 10min and then I logged off and of course XOXT is the one that banned me because they are all friends , same thing with dunker winkle and Ego , they were both placing hits on me back to back a few weeks ago before I got my previous ban. Also its funny how XOXT is quick to ban me but never take any sits in game...... I'm sure there is chat logs that XOXT has since he is the one that banned me but I do have a screenshot of 1 chat log because I didn't think much of it lol. Keep in mind I didn't say a SINGLE word to delta or anyone I was minding my own business I got raided didn't care and then he starts lashing out and talking crazy. Now what he did is player toxicity not me , I was literally basing with a moderator and after we died we said gg and he stayed on for a few and got off..... I just got off a 3 week ban why would I get back on just be 'toxic' this is non sense.

I just found out that the reason for the ban was the doggie railing response which was a misunderstanding on my end since it was a heated Argument and I wasn't reading chats all the way through. If I read the whole chat out then I wouldn't have questioned him abt railing dogs and calling him a weirdo. Also I only have that screenshot because he did say in chat that I was accusing him of bestiality which was not the case I just didn't read the chat all the way through cause of the back and fourth antics.... and who tf says doggie railing ?

I was not in game at the time, but I heard about it and it seems both you and Delta were shit talking each other over some raiding I believe you were banned because it seemed like you accused him having sex with dogs.

Not so sure how to feel about how you would have interpreted this as Delta saying that he had sex with a dog or some sort of it. I would like to believe this was a misunderstanding and a heat of the moment thing if you weren't off a ban then two weeks ago for calling another player a nonce.

So after doing a bit of research on this and going through the chat logs, this really just seems like a heated argument between two grown men over a videogame and Dil Doe misinterpreting what Delta said (which in it's own right was pretty disgusting and goes beyond just shit talking someone).

 

Dil, you really need to stop engaging with people like that and just ignore or mute them after a certain point so these things don't happen, however a month ban is EGREGIOUS considering the full context.

 

I'll be +1 for a reduction to a warn for player toxicity, but going forward you really need to watch what you're saying so it's not misinterpreted like that.

Why wouldn't chat logs help me? I am not the one who brought up doggie railing? I literally didn't read the chat text fully and logs show back and fourth every second. I wouldn't have questioned him about it and called him a weirdo if I read it fully , If I am being banned for play toxc then Delta should as well... 1 month ban is outrageous.
