He does have priors warns for RDM 3. He was a cop, and had no right to kill you. While he did kill the other guy as well, he asked for him to kill him. While he may have priors for MRDM the clip you provided that he killed you and one other person, The blood being arrested did ask to be killed which is failRP however.
