Okay, so i was playing on the server yesterday for like over an hour total just having fun and RPing. I played as John Cena, a damn Bird, and something else i believe. It was full pop the second time i got on the server and alot of shit was going on. For like 30 minutes straight, there was 2 mass rdmers running around, one as a thief skin (idk role) and one as a SWAT/ICE. I didn't mass rdm, i kept getting arrested over and over and over and i feel like i was getting targeted because every time i got cuffed i said something and they probably found it funny (it was like 2 of them guys). Would just random weapon check or something, i don't know what gave them the right to arrest, no fee, just arrest. I mean hell, the jell cells was full of people every minute. But besides the point, the people i killed mostly was the mass rdmer cop and mass rdmer player, and other cops who were chasing me to arrest and/or trying to kill me. i did see occasionally a couple of other random people attempt to rdm or mass rdm(just start randomly shooting others or me) so i would kill them because there was no staff on and screw those guys. I had reasons for my kills and believe they were all justified. I didnt have NITRP or mass rdm like that at all, i was just having fun and then last night, my game crashed and i decided to just get off because it was late and i had to get up early, anyway, i try logging back on the server today and i get the message i was banned for all that and for the priors..., the last time i was banned was over 9 months ago, i haven't played Gmod for almost a year and was trying to get back into it and genuinely have fun. It was a full pop server with other people breaking rules and there were no staff on. Like even the ban votes weren't going through. I just think a extension to 6 months is crazy and undeserving. If i could please be unbanned or at least reduced man, i dont want to not be able to play for half a year on my fav server for "MRDM" and "NITRP", its not what i was doing :( Who warned/banned you? I was the one to ban you, whenever i looked at the logs for whenever you logged on it hadn't taking you too long to start RDMing w John Cena and then later a CC i'd assume as Cop Killer then Trisha like not even an hour of playing in the server before the user named Terry had tried to vote ban you which I then canceled the vote and you had suddenly left the server and then decided to ban you, for the reason I had banned you for 6 months was because of your history of bans, having racked ALOT of prior MRDM bans and had gotten off of a 4 month ban earlier that year, showing that the time you have played you've came to MRDM and that's all Even though I do feel you about wanting to play the server from time to time you cannot simply just come back to MRDM and not expect a longer ban each time I am -1 for a reduction or unban Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/24452-ban-appeal/#findComment-171904 Share on other sites More sharing options...
Henchy Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 Did you report any of this to the staff member or save a clip or logs of the rule breaks? Mentioning that because Titsrp does get pretty hectic but if you see other people rule breaking the best thing to do is NOT to rdm like joining in on the chaos even though it's tempting or rule break against them yourself since you can also get in trouble. Your priors are also old yes, but you have an immense history of MRDM which is why your punishment is harsher now. I didnt have NITRP or mass rdm like that at all, i was just having fun So you’re admitting to mass rdming? here’s the issue, you have MULTIPLE bans for mass rdm, you have a 1 weeker, then 2 weeks, then 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, and now 6 months. By this point you know you cant just go around killing anyone cause you feel like it. Anyway, i remember being trisha now, some citizens gathered at the small fountain and wanted to retaliate against the police and they started shooting at them, i thought it was funny but i didn't kill anyone but a couple of them kept shooting me and i fired back. I might had some back and forth killing there but I only remember killing a cop couple times, that may be the kills logs you saw. But when the vote happened, i clicked f3 and wanted to press no but my game crashed, i didnt mean to leave like that. I could've also took videos but my shadow play wasnt working. But if im getting rdmed over and over, im not going to sit there like a NPC and die over and over and make sits for no reason. BTW I MEANT TO SEND THIS^^ A LONGGG TIME AGO TO THE FIRST COUPLE REPLYS, I FORGOT TO CLICK SEND, JUST NOTICED SORRY! They done care and im not just running around shooting random players. Nobody is being harmed and the person who reported me on a ticket broke nlr like twice when he was trying to arrest. I never got banned for cheating, threats, racism, etc. If i was a some level 1 player who just wants to kill everyone like a dumbass go ahead and perma ban me, its not that serious that people cant have fun on a game GMOD. Need to change man, thats why Darkrp is declining nowadays. If i can get a reduced ban, ill just sit in my base and farm money if thats how we need to play the server. Terry who reported me, youre lame, flying around as a monkey cop mass arresting half the people outside. tali Posted January 10 Share Posted January 10 You have many, many bans for this. To me this looks like you log on, get banned for MRDM, wait a few months, then come back and do it again. You would think after all of these bans for MRDM you would look at the rules and learn what is and isn't allowed.
