Which is not what I was aiming for. The moderator joey didnt even give me half a second to explain myself. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was an ICE enforcer. and the mayor had established a law stating "KOS if not on sidewalk" so naturally I thought it would be great to go into the mayors office and snipe people that arent walking on the sidewalk. I even put out a chat in ooc (guess I couldve adverted get back on the sidewalk) to get back on the sidewalk, because the literal law says KOS if not on the sidewalk. So I sat there, sniping people walking down the street. Joey or whoever the mods name is, teleports behinds me, lifts me with his physics gun, asks me what Im doing, I literally tell him theres a law saying "KOS if not on sidewalk" I dont get a reply, not even 5 seconds later hes banning me for mass rdm and nitrp. either he hes a brandnew complete dogshit mod, or i got target banned and someone wanted to slap me with the ban hammer bc they could. Who warned/banned you? Joey, How long were you warned or banned for? A week I didnt take a screenshot or anything because I wasnt that invested at the time but the more i sit here it kinda makes me a bit upset yk, if youre going to be a mod you should be good at communicating for the most part, as ive been playing on the server for a bit now, as its not like it was my first time logging on and i spawned in and I started murdering everyone off the hop , I literally was under the impression if it said "KOS if not on sidewalk" that I may shoot people that arent on the sidewalk, which is what I was doing. it didnt say "AOS if not on sidewalk" it said "KOS" if not on sidewalk. and I guess my only formal proof is that if you ask anyone who was on Jan 7th during the evening time in NA, they would vouch to say that they saw a law saying "KOS if not on sidewalk". and you can check the logs to see that i was killing people as an ICE Enforcer. so yea, it would be sick if i could get unbanned. unless theres something Im missing or buddy was feeling power hungry behind all those mod privileges, then fuck it bro il just play a different game simple. Cause it seems to me that if enough fkn retards cant do !laws and read them theyll collectively be dogshit at the game together and scream "RDM RDM" and the damn mod aint even know how to do !laws either. So therefore the law you were enforcing was considered a fail law. You can also not KOS outside of PD. It is your responsibility to know and understand the rules especially if you are playing PD and enforcing laws made by the mayor. That being said you going to the pd windows and shooting people walking in the street is MRDM, and a report made will be treated as such. If you have any proof that Joey treated you improperly please post it here. RP's evolved into so many small intricate rules these days I lose track. Theres obviously some miscommunication here. I know yall get backlogged when theres a high player count and it gets super busy and it looks bad when you drop in on someone sniping people from a weird spot but shiiiiiiit man, dude had that law out for at least 10-15 minutes. I get that i didnt understand the failrp at play, but again a simple little explanation would be sick dude. the punishment itself isnt inherently bad, but maybe I wouldnt of made this post and accepted my L if I had just got a simple explanation before getting the instant ban hammer. Its kinda mid bc this is the only server around these days with a decent player count for the most part. The reason I banned you specifically is because you were killing quiet a few people. Even if the laws are saying go for it, I'd highly recommend against it. One of the old servers I used to work on, half the staff on it got hit irl with federal charges for money laundering thru vip donations thru their website. It was a crazy fiasco. They had a whole program going. They werent good people to say the least.
