I appreciate you being professional here snakeeyes, I know you're not one to usually make reports. Just a friendly tip to remember: you can restart your raids when they get screwed over from rulebreaks/sits!

I've talked with mr chair here a bit, and while I think it's a stroke of bad luck if it genuinely happened the way he said - he now knows to be more careful in the future about these things. Given his verbals for nlr it is fair to give a warn at this point. It's not a huge deal, and as long as it's a moment for learning everything will be all good.
