False Ban. I was told I was accusing someone of being a pedofile. All i said in chat was I once got in trouble for calling a guy a pedofile for saying he likes to fck lil girls. Then everyone said wow thats messed up then i said, You cant call pedofiles pedofiles. No one one was called a pedofile but I was told in the sit that I accused someone of being a pedofile. I asked the staff members to show me who i accused of being a pedofile. They obv didnt produce any names. I then asked them if the word pedofile is banned on the server like the Hard R is. If it was I told them I was sorry and wouldnt use it again. They just said because I accused someone of being a pedofile.

No one was accused of being a pedofile, this is selected harassment because I reported Tuckle Carlson building a Gay flag in fountain. What I said was said 10 minutes prior. There was also another dude in OOC that said he likes to fuck lil boys. Didnt see any admins actions on that. Just selective harrasment. Please show me which player I accused of being a pedofile OR is the word pedofile banned on server. If it is then I made a mistake, otherwise false ban

They clearly show you doubling down. During the sit you also argued with staff and kept saying something along the lines of "I didn't say anyone's name so it's not an accusation", unfortunately thats not how it works. Also there was a LGBTQ flag and you put a big red X on it. 

This behaviour is not allowed at all on Tits RP and the priors didn't help at all, I hope that during these 2w you understand why you were punished and change your ways. -1

Yes BOT Sitt, I can talk about my previous Bans,Warns and Verbals with the server. I was talking about my previous Ban. Not trying to accuse someone of being a pedofile on the server. If you dont like someone even talking about a past warn or ban, Then ban the word??? You just proved i didnt accuse anyone which YOU said was the reason I was getting banned. Also as we discussed the red X over the flag was because someone was building in fountain area ERA the reason of my report. It had no intentions of being hurtful to any of the community.

 

And chairman I put all the details here because I didnt do anything wrong. A guilty person lies. Its pretty sad to go after someones intelligence as a moderator. A clear sign of targeted harassment.

This wasn't about whether you mentioned a specific player's name. The real issue was the content and context of your comments in chat. You kept pushing it even after it became a problem, Even when you framed it as a past experience, repeating it in chat isn’t suitable for the server.

During the discussion, focusing on details instead of just dropping the topic made things worse. The goal at that point was to calm the situation, not debate the wording.

This wasn't selective enforcement. The action was based on the chat logs and what was observed at that time.

Hey XBOX, so I was the one that brought up what you said in chat ( hence why I was there). If you think that that isn't doubling down on your previous ban then I don't know what is. This was not targeted at all, I have no clue who you are. I just happened to see your message in chat which immediately rose concerns to me. You're also the first person who has complained about anything being in this area. You decided the best course of action was to put a big red X over it, instead of reporting it. If you really cared so much about the rules about building there you would have  reported it. I don't think anything else needs to be said, it's clear that you were just doubling down on your accusations. -1

Hey AflictoGaming if the moderators handling the report explained it to me that it WASNT because I accused someone and it was solely because I doubled down and it wasn't ok. Then we could have talked about it. But when I asked BOT in Voice chat why was I going to be banned, BOT said Its because I was accusing someone of being a pedofile. That's  why I pressed the issue because no one was accused. I dont have the chat logs but Im sure all staff can access them to verify what im talking about. 

 

I think a problem here aswell is staff not having microphones. There's no reason a staff member shouldnt be using a microphone in a report. Sometimes following a text conversation isnt the best. I might not be fully understanding the staff member. As someone with alexithymia I have alot of trouble with text chat conversations. Well I have trouble in general understanding emotions but a STAFF member not having a microphone makes it worse with people that have special needs like myself. 

Just something to think about to be more inclusive and understanding of those with special needs

This message right here is what did it, you are essentially accusing that there ARE pedophiles on the server without proof, and judging by your history you should know better to not even bring that up. even if it's not directed at anyone you still basically said that there are pedophiles on the server.

 

if you have any proof of anyone being a threat to children, please forward your proof to me or another Admin/Rubik and we will deal with it, don't go in public chats and say that.
