Why were you banned or warned?

For context, i was civil protection inside of pd killing people (mayor had kos law), mayor then dies and i kill someone about 1 or 2 seconds after he dies.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I would like this moved to a verbal because I believe its not a verbal right now because BOT sitto had given me a false verbal for rdm (i got this removed). This was purely an accident and not indented at all and it was not that serious.

I don't remember the details of this warn nor did I save any logs. I do know that if it was a warning I issued it was most likely justified over a verbal. 

 

However as I do not have anything of this issue nor exactly remember I don't feel like trying to argue over it.
