Kwis <3 has been falsely votekicking/votebanning people for days, I have mutliple screenshots of this. I do not find the trolling funny anymore. I was in kingdom, basing with my buddies and Kwis <3 started a voteban against me for the reason "gay". A lot of people voted no but many voted yes, resulting in me being banned for an hour.

Rather than Kwis receiving a harsh punishment, I would like to speak with him in a sit or discuss the situation in game. I would like his votekick/voteban abilities revoked as well since this needs to stop somewhere, however I do NOT want him banned, I do like the guy.

I would like to clarify again, I would not like Kwis to receive a harsh punishment! I fw the guy but I need him to know that I am sick of this, all I really want is his abilities revoked.

Yeah, thats pretty blatant in my opinion and definitely an abuse of the vote system, we should definitely have a conversation with Kwis. I also see that you did vote ban him for this which is definitely a big No, but I can look past it since he has done it to you multiple times.

Given he has attempted to votekick/ban you multiple times for a false reason and even been successful for a few of them, I can excuse the fact that you votebanned him for false voteban (which is not allowed, normally).

 

+1 for a warn and 7d voterestriction with education on how to properly use the vote system, as this is his first offense.

The false votebans should also be removed from yours and Kwis' records.

I gave Kwis the voteban due to the fact that he was abusing the vote system and tried again as soon as I rejoined...  I believe what's on his record should stay there.

Yeah, this is clear as day false votebanning/votekicking. Approved and 7D Voterestrict will be applied.
